Slow Shutter Fast Cam Reviews

Slow-shutter pretty much implies how it works. For those requesting a tutorial, you should probably learn how a camera works in general before complaining about not knowing how to use it. This is not a point&shoot native app that does ’everything for you’ to get a AI processed image. You have to put some effort into it and learn about camera basics to get good results. Also, iPhone have small sensors so no app is going magically give you a better image by simply pointing and shooting.

I shoot everyday photos with my phone and was looking for an app just like this. I wanted to take pictures of light trails on roads and bridges in my area. SlowShutterFastCam is super easy to use. Take a couple min to play with the settings and I was getting photos I’ve never been able to take. My opinion one of the best free apps if you want to get some really cool light trails.

Do yourself a favor and just get a real camera. You’ll either find that photography is your jam, or you’ll realize that it takes way too much work to make great long-exposure photos. Speaking of which, SlowShutterFastCam doesn’t even take the photos correctly.

By that I mean that any exposures longer than two frames are weighted incorrectly. This results in only the last 5-25% of any long exposure’s frames being used, regardless of important photographic concepts such as relative brightness and contrast.

SlowShutterFastCam is great, does all that it’s said to do, just I don’t understand how to get full functionality from SlowShutterFastCam, yeah I took some stunning pictures, but I know I can do more with this, but I just don’t know how, if y’all could, can you make a “tutorial” video on how to use SlowShutterFastCam and all its qualities?

I’m sorry others have had problems (I’m usually one of them) but SlowShutterFastCam has been working fine for me. On an iPhone 6s and also on an iPhone X. Overall this is better and more versatile than others I’ve tried.

Works great once you figure out how to use it, but I wish you could turn the camera around so you can see yourself

Awesome effects and I love the adjustments that can be made while shooting. It gives a great opportunity to create unique designs.

Sure SlowShutterFastCam does what is says it’s going to do, you can slow down the shutter speed but the camera quality is absolutely horrible. I have an iPhone 8plus and when I take photos with this apps my photos are all grainy and pixelated. I even paid 2 bucks for the upgrade thing which did absolutely nothing. DO NOT GET SlowShutterFastCam IT RUINS YOUR PICTURES.

This should really be a free app. Paid apps need to fit a very high quality criteria, even if it’s only a few bucks. The quality of photos this produces is pretty low. I’m still searching for a serious app like FilmIC Pro is for videography is.
I would pass if I were you.

Take all of your low expectations of an actual good app for taking the photos you have in your imagination and light them on fire. Probably the worst app out there for exposure.

I was clicking around on SlowShutterFastCam and I clicked on a cart that was disturbing the camera screen and then it said “transaction complete” I bought something I don’t even know what I got 😡😡

i wish the camera could flip

It opens on my iPhone 7, but doesn’t respond to any attempts to use the shutter speed control in any mode. My complaint to the developer has gone unanswered.

It works but i had some issues.
Most of the time app freezes.
I had to close SlowShutterFastCam then open again.Photo it took is not HD
It would be better in HD.Hope you’ll fix this.

I love that I can choose the shutter to stay open indefinitely, other apps don't seem to provide this feature.
