I’ve played the game for about 4 years. The game was fun at first but you are going to have to spend big bucks in order for you to place in the events that give you the game’s best stuff that you need in order to compete or just stay playing the game or protect what your money buys you in the packs they offer in-game. Ember customer service is horrible. They never get back to you and they never really have a solution for you when they finally get back to you, if they get back to you at all that is. Also they can take your account from you for any reason they want. I spent well over $10,000 and spent countless amounts of hours over the 4 years playing Empire Z and they locked me out of my account and won’t give me a reason as to why and ember won’t answer the 20-30 emails I have sent them since the lockout happened. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD or SUPPORT THIS GAME!!!

What ever you do do not spend any money on this game!!!!! I have played the game from the start and at first it was a fun game to play but after playing for so long I have come to realize that ember is the worst game maker ever. They have constantly went down hill since they were sued by other game makers for stealing ideas. They have favorites and they give them unfair advantages and the ones that complain about it are treated very unfairly. For example they just finished a real big event on the Memorial Day weekend that included a 24 hr power event which gave an epic leader and had an OPS event that gave another epic leader all great but in Region 29 and 31 you were not able to sign on to the game for the final 23 hours of the event but the other 3 regions could. So they in essence gave regions 28 and 30 the advantage of not having to compete against the other 2 regions and they won all the gifts. If you do play this game DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON IN GAME PURCHASES if you are not one of their chosen few you will be discriminated against If it would let me I would give it 0 stars EMBER IS THE WORST GAME MAKERS EVER!!!!!!!

Played this game for over two years and it is on a steady decline. If you haven’t been playing for a long time, spending tons and have multiple accounts, it is not worth your time. Very grind intensive. Players have numerous accounts through app stores like google play. Developer is not engaged and does not respond. In app purchases are outrageously priced compared to other games. Content and events never change, just recycling of the same old stuff. Everyone amasses has power and leaders and doesn’t do anything anymore.
