Scam they took my money

This is a scam they charged my debit card when I purchased the subscription on the 9th of September that was nearly four days ago and now it’s saying I need to restore the purchase because it’s not active? So if it’s not active why was 7$ deducted from my account regardless I thought it’s a “7 day free trial” not true and I will be calling my bank first thing Monday morning to get my money back. Don’t fall for this scam!!!! And by the looks of the other critical reviews I’m not the only customer this happen to but you won’t be getting me for my money because my bank is on top of it and they will put a report in and I will get it back. Also that’s the least of your worries after all you know what are good Lord says about “those who make one of my little ones stumble” you were the people Jesus flipped tables on in His temple tax collectors God have mercy on you scamming His true children of God but that’s all the Holy Spirit is convicting me to say anymore feel better now that I vented that anyway yes take care! What a regret / nightmare.

What is going Here!! BEWARE

I, like many of you parents, were looking for a way to add a positive influence on our children while they were online. We want to introduce and have them follow the word. How sneaky is the enemy to take advantage of our children under the guise of the true word. We have all been guilty of having our children be entertained and “ Taught by technology “. After looking at some of the shows. One caught my attention as plain evil. Owlegories. If you understand the pagan origins of moloch and the sacrifices of children to him you’ll catch was been shown here.. and the professor is named “ Aleister” . Awake to what they our showing our children, question and research. As soon as I saw this show I canceled this app.. we are commanded to teach the word to our children by scripture and example. This “ Paid” subscription is indoctrinating our children into something not of the father. Don’t take my word for it, watch a few programs and use discernment. It’s actually revolting when you watch a few shows and, as a adult and parent, you know something is not right. Beware, beware.. we are commanded to test every spirit coming in the name of the father. this app has failed this test.

Can’t use; must be preexisting user

I just downloaded this for the first time and when you open it there is a login page with no new user/set up option. So I entered my email and made up a password and of course it said invalid password. I clicked “forgot password” even though I was never offered a chance to register and entered my email and of course it said email not found because, again, there was never an option for new users to enter any info; just a log in screen. Either this is poor design development or it’s a private members only software program. I am very disappointed because I had to delete kids you tube (a video popped up with the title “kids meet a gender nonconforming person”) and thought this was a wonderful alternative and wished we could try it out. My daughter loves veggie tales. I don’t know how other people are able to use this. I cannot find any place to register. You should put in the description must already be a registered user to log in and use this or something. Again, very disappointed.

Good but could improvement

Love the idea and content of Minno . Would like to be able to mark a series of shows as a favorite also rather than just each individual show. I cannot get the search to work no matter what I type in. The search doesn’t work. I would like to be able to view a list of shows also. Might be nice to see how to view them like large icons or a list. I was trying to use contact feature on Minno it asks to put in password than it does nothing. Was trying to find a show “Wonder Look At God’s Story” and could not find it. We found it on Parent Cue as a new single episode each week. My daughter can’t get enough of it and will watch the same episode 2-3 times in a row. Was hoping to find the series of them on your app and had a really hard time doing so. Search didn’t work. Had to scroll through all the shows and didn’t find it. Contact feature didn’t work. The review feature did and it brought me here. Hope you guys can fix or improve this in the near future. God bless you for working on and maintaining Minno.

LOVE the content but the app… not so much

I love this app wholeheartedly. The content is pure and I have peace of mind letting my girls pop on the iPad and watch whatever. They’ve gained Biblical truths and values through a lot of these shows. The thing that has me beyond frustrated is lately they can’t even get through a show without have to login every 2 minutes. I don’t know if Minno was updated and now just crashes on older devices or what happened but it’s not working for me. I don’t mind paying the monthly subscription if it’s actually going to work, I really don’t want to have to cancel. Hopefully the kinks get ironed out and Minno is able to work on older devices. So just be aware if your iPad/iPhone is running something older than iOS 17 you may have some issues.

It’s great but could use some tweaking

I absolutely love having something that I can let my kids watch when I need them to have some down time and that we can use as part of devotion or Bible study time. However there are a couple things that could make Minno better. First, the screen orientation on my ipad is only on portrait so I either have to type with the screen sideways if I want to use the keyboard or use the touch screen. Second the search always comes up with no results even when I type the name of a show that I know is available. It would be able to search a keyword and have shows or episodes pop up that contain that topic. For example we have been talking about wisdom and when I search online for shows on JellyTelly about wisdom I get a list, but when I search from that list on Minno I get no results. Those things won’t keep us from continuing to use Minno but they sure would make it a little easier.

Create content!

We are loving the content on this app! We tested it out with the seven day free trial back in October when my whole family was sick with colds and I wanted something that I could leave on for the kids and not have to worry about it. My kids ended up, loving it and requesting it over other streaming services. Their favorites so far include Awesome Animals and Mini Me, VeggieTales, laugh, and grow Bible for Kids, and Church at Home.

The only reason I am giving it four stars and not five is because some of the back and algorithms are not working well. If you try to play straight through a series from the first episode, generally that works fine, but if you try to pick up midway through a series when you finish your selected episode, it will jump you back to the first episode of the series and then alternate that first episode with the following episodes as you go along. This has happened on multiple shows.

Love but having technical issues

Having issues with both children being on different tablets on their own profile. It keeps logging one out when the other logs in and so on and so forth. Usually they stay logged in on their profiles in Minno but it keeps kicking one off as I log the other one in. Emailed a while back with response and have not heard back. I have provided any and all information they needed but the issue is not fixed yet and since I am paying for the subscription it is very frustrating. If you are able to have more then one profile on Minno you should be able to run off different devices for each of the profiles.

Minno is worth it!

I have been subscribed to this app for a few years now, my babies have basically grown watching the shows. I’m super thankful to have a streaming app where I don’t have to worry about the content. My kids love Tune Time and VeggieTales, and loads of other shows I’ve never heard of, but are full of Bible stories and easy to understand application. My oldest has questions now that we discuss and create great everyday lessons for life. Even though there were technical problems at the beginning, this app is always improving and updating, so it’s worth the subscription. Their customer service response team is quick, helpful, and so personally kind. Though I wish they had other shows like Superbook, they are adding new shows all the time, most recently a show with a little Korean girl as the main character who speaks both languages. My girls were so excited because they can speak both, too! Even with some issues here and there, this app is worth it for all the value and learning you can trust.

Weird but still good 😱😍😅

Since the first time I had tried this app it was so fine. I used this app daily. It was not so Great. Somehow the seven day trial keeps on popping up it’s super weird they already signed in. Anyway you could fix it?! I’m super stressed I’ll rather buy another thing instead. But the good part is that all shows are so so much fun. Including veggieTales The new one actually . Including
Friends and Heroes it’s like one of my favorites me and my dad have been watching it it was like all the time and we watched all the episodes. So that’s great but trouble issues somehow you know . Trouble trouble trouble how far I go out all the time I rather just have go away bye-bye now this app I hope to see you soon no trouble issues. Bye 😭😭😭😭😱😅!

Surprised by super cute original Christian shows my 3-4 yr old loves

After much research on options, we gave this app a try and super happy with it. The original Christian shows are really good. Much better than the junk filler shows on You Tube kids. We put Minno on guided access and let our almost 4 year old boy use Minno with out worry. He really likes BibleMan and the Monster Truck shows. They use actual scripture at the end of each show to teach a kid lesson. Don’t be fooled by the other apps that market as ‘Christian’ but filled with non-Christian shows like D@nny Go, it’s all marketing. this app is legit, worth $8.

I do wish you could set a profile to only be able to watch set age ranges.

Grateful for this app/channel

We have had this app for years and as others say, it is worth it. We cancelled it for a little while, then signed up again. Our kids watch sporitual and learning things about 80% of the time, so they got thru most this app stuff and needed a break 😂. My favorite? It is Veggietales 🍅🥦.... I have been watching the Veggies for like 18 years now and I am sad they were "sold off" to Netflix, but this app has the original.

Of course, not ALL shows are 100% theologically accurate, so I encourage supervision and engaging in conversation with your little ones. I also encourage parents to keep reading God's Word with your kids so they can also know what is Godly and what isn't as they grow.

We love Minno!

I love having a source of Christian content, without the worry of ads and questionable things popping up. They have the shows categorized by type, but also age. I find this helpful when searching for something for my 3 year old, just being able to check the preschooler section. We also enjoy that they have devotional and worship content as well, along with the emails they send out. We’ve had some minor app issues, but the customer support team is quick to respond and help. I feel like it’s competitively priced and easy to use. I do wish that when you download content for offline use, that you can do individual episodes instead of just whole series.

We love Minno!

I have 3 children, currently 9, 7, and 4. We have been this app subscribers for a couple of years now and it has always been a favorite. As parents, we love that the programming is all faith-based and safe for young eyes. Our children love the variety of shows, new content always being added and the consistency of the programs they love being there. When Veggie Tales disappeared from our other Christian streaming app, this app still had them ALL! The kids can easily navigate Minno and the Favorites make it easy to access the shows we watch all the time. When I want kid-friendly worship music on before school, this app has me covered. When I want to remind my kids about a specific Bible story or character, this app has me covered. When I need a quick reward/motivation for the kids to do something unpleasant, this app has me covered. All at an affordable price!

I would love to see more movie choices, and it would also be great if it were easier to see how long each episode lasts before selecting it. Also… the Young David content is PHENOMENAL!!!! Please tell me that it will eventually be released as a movie instead of 5-8 minute clips! We want so much more of it! Thank you!

Safe and easy for all ages!

We love the this app app, it's great for travel even without Wi-Fi as we can just download a show set and the kids can watch on the go! We also love the fact it's a safe show place, as a parent of 4 I don't have to worry about what they are gonna watch because Minno has only safe programs for children. My kids and I enjoy the Godly programming and it helps reinforce our beliefs and standards.

In todays visual world, where things are becoming extremely questionable to watch for children, right down to PBS kids... (which I ended up deleting off my kids apps due to some questionable content) I am glad this app is available to help protect children's innocence and childhoods. And I will recommend Minno to everyone with young children!

A Family Favorite

We have subscribed for a couple of years now. I love the content for my preschool & elementary kids and they love Minno too. Only app that does not have a time limit on our phones. I love it when my kids show other kids the videos ("Want to watch David or Gigi?") and then see the other kids enjoying it too, especially when I know the other kids are not exposed to Christ otherwise :)

I have also really enjoyed the parent email newsletters- family discussions, crafts, and activities around holidays or virtues. These are really good!!

We have a couple of other Christian apps- I try to find better versions of what kids want. But this app is definitely our most used at my kids ages. Thanks for providing families good options!! Keep up the good work!

Parental Guidance Unnecessary

Whether you’re a Christian parent or just concerned about what your children are watching, you can have confidence in this app. The entire platform is “kid-friendly”, with all of the best, clean content available, which provides the sound, moral lessons you grew up with. Certainly, there is more limited children’s media of this type available, but this app compiles more of it than anyone and leaves the concerning content out, so you don’t have to worry.

I thoroughly looked into the founders, backers, and key staff of this company and they are mostly all Christian parents themselves. Every program added to the platform is carefully screened and considered for appropriateness. And, they seem to be working tirelessly to improve their service; having watched them continue to add content and improve consistently, I look forward to seeing what the this app platform has for my family by the time my children have children.

We love Minno Kids!

We have been with this app Kids for several years now. We absolutely love their content! The first thing our kids ask for each morning is this app Kids (They currently call it it “Macky” because their favorite show right now is “Friends and Heroes.” I love how this app Kids has stepped up and met the need for kids church at home. Our five year old has been so excited every weekend to see a new church episode. this app Kids is not limited to just an app on the phone—it can be accessed via internet and Roku as well. The majority of the time we use Roku. We have had some app issues on our Apple devices, as well as Roku, but I feel that technology isn’t perfect regardless what app is being used and sometimes glitches occur. this app Kids has very responsive and helpful customer service. We have been in touch with them a few time throughout the years we have been subscribers. Overall this is one thing we are proud to subscribe to for our children and we enjoy the shows ourselves!

Wonderful

We have tried several other apps out there for Christian shows and there is always very limited content, the shows are kind of cheesy and the kids didn’t love what was available so we were super excited when we did the free trial and to our surprise there are a lot of options and they are all really good. We are a homeschool family kids ages 5, 6, 8 and I use the church at home show for part of Bible and the kids also love the monster truck show, Bible man, veggie tales and so many others. We are very intentional about protecting their hearts and minds from the enemy and I feel so safe letting them use Minno. No ungodly commercials, pop ups, etc. the shows have really solid content and I love the way the scriptures are taught in easy to apply ways for the kids. My children love Bible stories and my 6 year old son who has autism can tell you every small detail of each story. He’s loving watching them come alive on the screen. Wonderful app. We are so so happy we have told a lot of friends about this app.

Best thing out there for kids to watch!

I strongly and highly recommend this app. They have such a great variety of shows that cater to all group ages. There is so much to watch that my 3 kids, different ages can all find their picks and not get bored. I cancelled all my subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ and else and substituted them with this app. Excellent decision. There’s nothing out there for kids to watch on those apps. At this app, not only are they getting entertained, they are being thought good manners, The way of living through Jesus Christ and The way of living according to the word of God. Does not get any better than that. Thank you for thinking of our future generations!
