The Share Sheet doesn’t work.

When you go to share the tip with others, clicking on Airdrop just fails outright. And when you tap on another person’s text chat bubble to share, TipCalculatorTapTip fails to transfer their name, actually removing them from the To:

These are both pretty major bugs - can you please fix this via an update? I’ll be requesting for a refund otherwise.

My wonderful tip app became obsolete. So I found this one. <5 dollars..fine whatever. Allows you to avoid tipping on tax. That’s good. Does not allow user to adjust one of the payors amounts. Very bad. If you have 9 people at a very nice restaurant and one person gets just a $5 ice cream , you’re screwed. Also the most relevant number-total cost per person is nearly grayed out while-total cost per person without tip is highlighted. An irrelevant number. With these revisions TipCalculatorTapTip might be almost as good as the old one.

Does what it says it will do but has multiple ads in the process. The first couple times I used it it has 3 or more ads before I could even complete the process. The User interface isn’t intuitive and it’s just a pain overall.

App looks really nice, I do like this green. Layout needs improvement, split check needs option to remove that feature, if I don’t use it often I don’t need to see it. Most importantly, no shortcut feature (swiping left to right from home screen) which I use a lot. I love being able to ‘peek and pop’ it’s just faster when your wanting to be quick at tasks.

Cost to remove ads is expensive but, I’ll gladly pay it and bump TipCalculatorTapTip to five stars when I see shortcut as feature and split check as an option that can be removed.

This is the best looking app but not completely functional as mentioned above.

I bought TipCalculatorTapTip to replace another one that didn’t put out an update for the latest phone. I like the colors and the interface of this one. The major drawback (and deal breaker for me) is that you can only split the check evenly. Often, if I’m out to dinner, someone has ordered wine or an extra item. We agree to split the check except for that extra purchase. The other person might say, “I’ll pay $3 more.” TipCalculatorTapTip won’t help calculate anything but an even split. Too bad.

I had a question about my app version and the developer got right back to me and went above and beyond my expectations to help me out.

I am obsessed with tipping calculators and have tried them all. Most in TipCalculatorTapTip Store tip on the tax which you never do and subsequently are deleted immediately. TipCalculatorTapTip could be a 5 star app if it would show the total of the subtracted tax rate (like “CheckPlease Pro” (unfortunately that developer passed away and it will never be updated and the Lite version is only currently available) and “iTip Calc by PalaSoftware” (which looks like a 3rd grader programed it) do which is very usefully because where I’m from the sales tax rate can be different depending on which side of the street you’re on.

I only gave 4 stars because it takes about half a minute to load. That's the only thing I don't like about TipCalculatorTapTip . Because when I wanna do the tip. I need it right away. Other than that it is excellent!! And I love it!!

The iPhone app allows you to calculate the tip amount based on the non taxed amount, but the Apple Watch app doesn’t. It would be nice to allow this option on the Apple Watch.

I think a little bit too expensive for added features for what it does. Considering also that this isn't something you are be using 24/7. Overall it's a good application.

I really like TipCalculatorTapTip. The previous one I used didn’t update for my iPhone X. Love the look and the color. Easy to use. Like that you can send the split to people through text. One feature I’d recommend and only reason I did t give 5 stars, is to type in bill amount on watch vs having to use voice. Or able to scribe like you can for tip percent. Feel a bit foolish talking into my watch and hard to get accurate when in a noisy restaurant.

I eat out a couple times a week, and love TipCalculatorTapTip. Love the color green and its simplicity. I had a recommendation to make TipCalculatorTapTip better for me, and the developer got back to me within a day. If they make it an option to hide the Split Check portion I'll give it a Five Star rating. If you're behind me, right your review. TipCalculatorTapTip can only get better. In one review it was mentioned that TipCalculatorTapTip took 30 sec. to load. On my 7+ it takes approximately 1 sec. if not in memory and loads instantly when in memory.

I enjoy using TipCalculatorTapTip. I would have given it 5 stars but the pop up adds are so annoying and hard to delete.

Very reliable and with all the basic information you need

I’ve looked at a lot of tip apps for iOS, this one has it all and is so easy to use. Best of all it takes advantage of the full screen!

This is the only tipping app I have found that allows you to tip higher than 30%! You can choose any percentage up to 100%! For that reason alone TipCalculatorTapTip gets 5 stars! I love TipCalculatorTapTip so much I even upgraded to the add-free version which is something I never do! The only thing I would change about TipCalculatorTapTip is that god awful shade of green they chose! Lol! 🤣

Easy to use and bright color against dark background make this Tip app easy to use in low light settings!

I have been using this tip calculator for some time now. After trying other ones. This one is by far the sleekest looking tip calc with great features. I would recommend this to anyone!
This is the only one I use.

Update. It’s been two years since they have updated TipCalculatorTapTip. I waited for a full screen app update for my iPhone X nothing than my XS Max nothing. Sad to see such a good app go down the drain.

Great app love the option to add how many ppl are with you and how it calculates the amount to pay per people including the tip this is the only tip calculator I use.

Seen it change & develop & perfect.

Great App but now it has commercials which is not a welcomed thing. Overall, you can’t go wrong with TipCalculatorTapTip .
