Old version better!!

I had this app for years and the las version was amazing!! But this new version is awful I don’t like it at all. This new version doesn’t have a lot of option like before. The other version let you pick from the beginning if you want it the more natural face or the cartoon one a this version doesn’t have the options is very limited!! I don like it!! Change it please I don’t like my avatars with this new version!! I’m not using this app until it goes back the way it was!! It was great before this version. Please change it!!!!

I used to like this app, and now I opened it to find some new pictures and all of my personal avatars have been changed - everything, hair color, my husband now has a beard and didn’t have one before, the whole thing has changed. I don’t understand why the company would do that, but I am very unhappy. Not only that, they make it impossible to contact them directly for support. Don’t spend the money for this. They’ve changed.
Ignored refund request

I downloaded the app and entered my payment information, but it was very quickly apparent the app was not going to work for what I needed it for so I tried to cancel. I had already been charged even though there was a 3 day free trial period. I emailed, received one response and now I’m being ignored.
