Quit telling me you are doing something about my carrier. Evidently you are not. And yet you want me to pay on time. Even raising the charge per month for papers I can't get to or isn't delivered or wet. If anything you owe me! I am 85 yrs old you gave me a paper box because of my disability. But now it seems it doesn't matter. I do not have any technologies to read the paper nor do I know how. My daughter is doing this for me. It's funny how the new company takeover has ruined the integrity of the South Bend Tribune. All I want is my paper everyday in my box that I pay for. If the carriers are lazy and cannot do their jobs properly then it's time to get rid of them many people needs jobs!!!!
Act. 360625231- March 4,5,6 NO PAPER. Called and said the paper would be there by 11:00 am. paper never came.
No Sunday paper again and no paper today!!! I subscribed to a daily delivery of the newspaper and I believe daily means daily and not whenever!!! If this continues I will have to drop my subscription in the future. This is very frustrating and going out to get my newspaper should not get me pissed off the first thing in the morning!!! This is beyond ridiculous!! I would like a response on what the problem is and if it is being addressed at all!!!
Have not received a paper for four days straight. It has been a problem for a long time. Sometimes the missed delivery will show up the next day. How can a paper keep advertisers? I have not received the Sunday paper with all the ads and coupons twice in the past month.

I am now missing 3 Sunday papers in a row . Since last winter I have only been getting about 4 papers a week. They almost never bring me the missed one when I do get one. I live up in Michigan and have been getting the paper for almost 40 years. Please try and fix this or just cancel my subscription and refund me my money.
My subscription I thought was $24.70 per month. I was charged $24.70 on Oct 13th. A charge is pending for the same amount today the 27th. Please explain.

I have been a long time tribune customer ever since living here at this address and all of these last two years I have had nothing but the most rotten experience ever just about every single day I have to call and complain that I didn’t get my paper I have my payment taken out every month by E pay well as of this Wednesday I am all done no more I am tired of doing nothing but complain about this carrier and nobody and I mean nobody listens to me I am not going to put with it anymore I have a paper tube and he threw it every where I had gotten wet papers and lots of missed ones too and too many to count your customer service reps they don’t care about anything either so I am done with this and if I ever am asked if I would like to get the paper my response is NO so that’s it for me I am done...... 😡😡😡😡😡😡

My favorite feature of the previous app was the “e-edition” feature. In fact, it was the ONLY part of the app I used. With the e-edition I had the same experience of reading my daily local paper plus the ability to change type size and increase lighting. I eliminated the frequent frustration of late morning papers. Very, very disappointed in both the change and the lack of warning regarding the change. There is value in reading the paper cover-to-cover and in the details which can be provided in articles that length. If you want the mobile version to be easier for phone reading, fine, but keep the ability to CHOOSE the e-edition.

I’ve never had an app be less helpful than this one. Don’t bother subscribing, because you can’t link that subscription here. So once you’ve read a few stories, it will no longer be useable. And of course it’s the newspaper industry, so there wouldn’t be anyone to help or even suggest something doesn’t work right, and they aren’t really focused on trying to keep customers happy. I’d work to find another source if you’re looking for news.
