MISSING SETS

Concept is cool, but should not of released Brickify until SIMPLE things were fixed. None of the Batman I characters, sets, or material are even in your system and that is what I primarily collect. How am I supposed to accurately log stuff when you are missing basic sets and figs. Also a 3-day trial is so lame, give it a month’s worth so people can familiarize themselves with your app then consider paying your $6 a month.

PAY TO USE.

I use OMGbricks because it’s free and you can scan mini figs and add to your collection and track your collections. But I saw this and it looks pretty good, after I downloaded it you have a straight wall block of pay to use. And from what I’m reading this ads on there, why make it paid if you’re going to have ads let the ads create your revenue, this is a luxury, not a necessity. Brickify could easily be extremely popular, but I think what will hold it back is the subscription based fee. If anything I would make it at one time purchase, I bet you would get so many more people to just pay for that. But with the economy, the way it is most people are already looking for ways to save money, they’re not gonna spend on a subscription. This would be the first thing they will cut out of their budget. Just a little disappointing and sad that Brickify is paid.

I did, however, try the free trial and then canceled it, scanning mini figs is a little off, yes, it will give you a price, but if you change the mini fix head or body or give it something else it completely thinks it’s a different Lego piece and gives different prices each time. It’s not consistent. For example, I put SpongeBob chest on Goofy’s body. Yeah, only recognized SpongeBob’s chest and said that Lego figure was that. I also put Darth Vader’s head on Bojo fat’s body and it said it was Darth Vader, and then scanned it again and it said it was the Mandalorian.

As they do say, they get numbers from soul sets on eBay and values, but I wonder what values are actually getting because I’m on eBay as a avid collector looking for Lego sets and the prices they were telling you the sets were worth was way more than current set selling on eBay. So I’m a little concerned that it’s over inflating the set price because it was way off on the set prices on eBay that you can buy it for brand new. I mean, I’m happy for the higher price, but that’s not what the price is that they’re going for.

Terrible

First tried attempting to read the QR codes on some blind boxes that I was able to identify using another brick scanning app just fine, takes ages to load and it seems like it’s perpetually constantly loading after minutes. Only worked for a few mini figures could not identify complete sets, nor could it actually identify sealed box sets either. Developers need to do a better job at testing Brickify before pushing updates.

Unacceptable

I saw Brickify and immediately thought it would be a big part of my Lego journey. I was fine with paying the money if everything that was described was indeed accurate. Using it, first of all, you can’t just search up and add it figures manually, you have to wait a long time for to scan and actually get it correct. Which is OK but what I’m more mad about something else. I’ve seen an FAQ on your website asking if you can do sets without figures. I’ve tested this on many sets and whether I’m adding the set with, or without mini figures, it makes zero difference as far as a value or anything. Also, I didn’t expect the value to be close, but I expected it to be semi close, the value is so far skewed you might as well be better off using brickscan for value. It is for free it’d be different, but I can’t imagine people who have spent money on this just to realize that main features that you claim on your website to be true, are nowhere near reality.

Pls fix this

I downloaded Brickify , then it immediately said my subscription expired when I tried to hit the subscribe button a pop up showed then immediately went away. So no every time I open Brickify it goes to that message and so far I haven’t been able to use Brickify or even get past that. I would love to use Brickify I’m a serious Star Wars Lego collector and I feel like if this would work it would help very much. Is it because I have an iPhone 12?

Scanning Doesn’t Work

Would love to continue using Brickify but the scan feature just doesn’t cut it. You should add an option to enter manually but actually have the set populated… everything you enter manually you need to enter the set number, price and take a picture.

Also when adding a set it should take mini figures into consideration. With or without them it doesn’t affect the value of the set.

I’ll come back once these bugs are fixed.

Free version not useful

I’m a little bit confused on why this is even a free app other than the CMF scanner I can’t seem to get anything to work. I just wanted a place to store my collection with a possibility of upgrading to premium to see the value and use the other additional features. I believe at one time you were able to scan sets even on the free version. But now this is all behind the paywall. I tried looking it up and thought I could at least enter sets manually, but I can’t even seem to do that.

Love the concept

I have hundreds of sets and thousands of figures. I felt Brickify would help me, finally, catalog everything. The scanner is quirky and not accurate; there are some sets (the new Mandalorian set out on May 1) that is not in the database. I get that updates may be coming - but, for a subscription application, these should be done before we need them. I will continue my trial - unlikely I will continue the subscription.

Great concept but inaccurate

I liked the concept but I had a lot of issues scanning my minifigs. The first few were pretty accurate but then it started getting wildly inaccurate. It mistook 2 ninjago figures for Star Wars. Also when your scanning its very aggressive. I could not scan one minifig by itself. If I moved my phone or the minifig it would scan it again and again.

Not Ready for Prime Time

It’s a cool concept to scan your collection and track inventory, but Brickify still feels unfinished.

The biggest issue is the auto-scan feature. Sometimes I want to scan items manually, but Brickify immediately rescans the same figure I just canceled out of. It also doesn’t reliably recognize duplicates, which can lead to incorrect quantities in the inventory.

Another major limitation is that once an item is scanned, you can’t easily change its condition from new/used. The inventory images are also very small, making it difficult to confirm that the correct variant was scanned — which matters a lot for collectors.

There’s also very little reporting or collection management functionality. I expected better tools for reviewing, editing, and analyzing the collection after scanning.

I was especially excited because I’ve been trying to use AI tools like ChatGPT to help organize minifigures and collections, so Brickify sounded promising. Unfortunately, after using it, I came away feeling like it’s not ready for prime time yet.

The $10 subscription price didn’t feel justified in its current state. There’s a solid idea here, but too many core features are either missing or underdeveloped. Right now it feels more like an early beta than a polished collector tool.

great concept, too many features locked behind paywall

Don’t get me wrong, I love how I’m able to track literally everything I own Lego wise with Brickify, but there could be many improvements. For starters, looking up sets can sometimes be a pain, there should be more key words that you can use to look up more sets. Most of the time I tried looking up something, it had to be very specific to the name. Secondly, the fact that I’m unable to choose if my item is new/used on the free version of Brickify . That turned me off immediately! Third, the fact that I cannot use the camera feature to search up my items’ value as a free user, despite influencers and your own social media advertising it as the main, unique feature of your app without stating that you need to pay to use it. The whole idea would be great if more features were provided to users who do not want to spend a whole 6 dollars per month only for camera usage and a couple of other features.

User interface

I love Brickify but I find it a bit tedious scanning a set multiple times to get a different version of the same set so if there was a way to swipe through “like” sets after a scan that would be cool. Alternatively through the database feature if there was a way to select or change the set from new to used. Maybe I just haven’t found that feature yet though

Good but needs help

Brickify is really good for tracking the data but the scanning needs help a lot of my mini figures I scan it gives me the wrong year and when I try to manually put them in it won’t let me mark them as used, which is throwing off the accuracy of my collection’s worth like I said it’s a very good app. It just needs some tweaks.

The best Lego collector app!

This Lego collectors app is so cool. You can scan your Lego sets its seconds . Keep track of your entire collection and how much it’s worth with current market values. It scans minifigs, sets and blind boxes! You can also scan Bulk Lego pieces and it will give you fun things to build. Oh and it has a fun leaderboard so you can see how big your friend’s collections are!! this app is a must have for any collector!

Great App and more to come!

As a lifelong Lego collector and somebody that’s in to technology, Brickify is the perfect integration of both. With easy scan features for big lots, to value tracking and data storing. It’s a 10/10. By far has the best user interface I’ve seen from any app of this kind. Also great customer service!

$$$

Brickify is incredibly helpful for cataloguing mini-figures. I had a 54lb tote of Legos sitting in my attic forever and I was going to sell it by the pound to make some extra money. Thank God I didn’t. this app helped me identify and re-assemble hundreds of mini-figures in the tote that I hadn’t touched since I was kid. Turns out my childhood collection of minifigures is worth over $2000 dollars! this app is awesome! Now I don’t know if I should sell or keep my Lego treasure to myself…. Haha!

Great App!

Huge time saver when trying to put a list together of your collection! Especially if trying to sell something! Customer service is great also with a quick and helpful response!

Brickify first use

Havent used it yet but seems like an amazing app since I have a large collection I would like to learn more about

Amazing app

80 to 90 % of the time the scanner is correct. I don’t like AI but the AI scanner is really cool. It’s a great way to keep track of your Lego collection just don’t put in if you have more than 10 of one item or it will say that you’re trying to cheat and get on the leaderboard, even if you’re not happened to me with my mini thanks I happen to have 20 of one of them and I thought that I’m trying to get along leaderboard overall five stars

Brickify!!

I like Brickify personally, it’s funny to think at times I would be annoyed to have to do hard core research for just one piece maybe a random brick or torso, especially the heads and Brickify honestly simplified that for me. Like everything it’s a work in progress and their are always updates that can improve Brickify , but you have to think about what you had to do before Brickify came out rather than now. I’d say Brickify has saved some people some time forsure and a better tracking idea of inventory. I’m just sayinggg 😂🤷‍♂️📈!!
