You are charged even if you cannot use the video. You get charged twice if you want to edit. Despite noting how to pronounce a brand name, it was still incorrect (rendering the videos useless). And despite noting the size, they produced a video that made a 3.2 oz serum bottle look more like a 20oz bottle.
Terrible, a waste of $$ if you want that type of video.
