Where is your fucking phone number? I keep reaching dead ends and need to cancel VinylSnap subscription.
I'm trying to cancel my VivylSnap subscription. I was on a free trial subscription that suddenly shows up as a bill. And I don't remember which card I used. Your site is impossible to find your phone number. Please help me before I file a dispute with American Express and put a Block on charges.

Finds the correct album, but can’t decipher versions and variants. In my opinion, the most important part when looking at value. Usually I’d just delete it and move on but came back to give a 1 star after seeing a horribly done AI ad on instagram. You guys can’t hire someone to talk about it? You can’t do it yourselves? Seriously I might’ve even sat back and waited for an update if I’d seen a good ad. Don’t trust any company that cuts corners in favor of using AI where people should be involved. Telling as to why the service may not work very well

Why would I pay for a service I can get for free? Discogs is the way to go so I’m not going to pay for a subscription that really adds no value to my collecting experience. Did I mention there’s absolutely no sure fire way to estimate value based on a PICTURE?!?! Do the words deadwax and serial number mean nothing to you guys? Serious collectors won’t take you seriously and once a few hundred buyers get screwed by inaccurate valuations your app is gonna tank. Go back to the drawing board or you will fail….fast.

I showed this a local band limited print the AI read the label and just said it was $15. Then hand drawn a record label for a fictional band and said it was $15. Then showed it an obviously bootleg album and it said it was for $15. Then showed it a rare pressing and it said it was worth $45. This app just reads the label, does a quick internet search of the average value of the album regardless of released or pressing.
