L’application est censée faciliter l’achat des billets et non pas retarder nos déplacements! Pour les tarifs réduits On essaye de créer des comptes mais en vain du coups on se retrouve obligé de se déplacer sur place pour faire une heure de queue et du coups rater notre train!
Prière de résoudre ce problème le plutôt possible

Slow app, take too much time to buy asking for many info and have to enter the entire card. Expected more from company that has millions

ONCFVoyages looks promising, but unfortunately the CAPTCHA keeps saying the answer is wrong, even when it’s clearly correct. It’s preventing me from using ONCFVoyages properly. I’ll be happy to update my review once this issue is resolved.

I try multiple time but couldn’t pay with my credit card from USA. It maybe the source of the problem. Poorly executed app experience overall.

Waist of time

Very good app, but there’s an important missing feature! When making a payment, you have to enter your credit card information every time. There should be an option to save the card or allow users to buy credit in advance to use for future purchases. Also, there’s no option to renew the subscription. I’ll give 5 stars once these important features are added.

Like the titles said. UI is good and features are good but very buggy. I think it is mostly server issues. Few requests: drop that app opening animation, it takes toooooo long and add offline support for tickets viewing.

Shoutout to the developers — ONCFVoyages works better than the actual railway. Maybe next time let them run the trains too?
Because clearly, whoever’s in charge of the trains stopped caring somewhere around 1984. The trains smell like they’ve been marinating in sweat and diesel for decades, everything is broken — doors, seats, windows, even the silence.

First class? More like third class with a price tag. You pay extra to sit on torn seats next to broken AC vents while the train crawls across the country like it’s afraid of speed.

But hey, at least ONCFVoyages tells you your train is late — again.

I appreciate ONCFVoyages , the UI is well done, a little bit more work on the UX.
But still missing a lot, I guess the Beta didnt go through real daily life scenarios. Like renewing the subscription where there’s a bug once ur subscription expires u cant add the new one nor buy a ticket except if u delete ONCFVoyages . The need to login every time is painful.
Also picking ur seat made a little bit hard when u can’t tell if it’s available instantly.
Work on these and my 5 stars are granted.

Thanks a lot for creating ONCFVoyages! It’s been incredibly helpful. However, I’m not sure I’m comfortable logging in every day by typing my email and password. Could you please allow me to use Face ID or a similar method for authentication?

The most waited app! Good job! But still missing some important features for me as a daily traveler. Could you please add Face ID alternative login method, also the possiblity to save my payment method such credit card and why not Pay with Apple Pay, third and last Save the tickets using Apple Wallet

The idea of launching an app came too late it should have been available since the start of the TGV project. ONCFVoyages is beautiful and smooth, and definitely deserves praise, but we hope ONCF can keep up with digital innovation more quickly in the fut 😉

L’interface utilisateur (UI/UX) est bien conçue, mis à part quelques bugs que j’aurais voulu signaler. Cependant, je n’ai pas trouvé de moyen de le faire. Il serait utile d’ajouter une section dédiée au signalement des bugs par les utilisateurs, surtout que l’application est encore en version bêta.
