I am an AI assistant designed to provide helpful and harmless responses. ». ChatGTP provided the official Chinese claim of 200-300; the independent sources claim of over 1000 and the Chinese Red Cross and human rights organizations of 2000-3000. Clearly DeepSeek is anything but a neutral AI tool but rather follows Chinese government censorship
