Cannot deliver after payment… is it a scam?

The app charged $10 upfront and then asked for uploads of photos to make the analysis.
Its AI is unable to generate an analysis and fails to deliver the service that was paid for. When you refresh the app to redo the process, it asks for another payment.
It may not be the intention, but this feels scammy.

You have to make an account, give them permission, then are prompted to take a selfie- but before you can actually use the app you have to rope two more suckers into signing up for an account. Immediate delete.
AVOID. Just a money grab app.

Agreed to pay $2.99 weekly only to be met immediately with another $10 charge before I could even try the app out. I refuse to support apps like this.
