Like most, I’ve been looking for an app to help track my progress. I like how customizable 75SoftChallenge is but I’m sad you can upload or save progress photos. It’s usable but not the whole package I was looking for.

Reached out to CS with a wrong day concern. They weren’t able to fix immediately but kept working and reached out once they fixed the issue. Super excited I didn’t have to start over and I was able to continue my current challenge.

Really easy to use, helps me stay healthy and on track with my goals. And a nice reminder to hold me accountable for when I slack off. Great design, pretty to the eye.

I’ve been tracking my habits in a little notebook since the start of the year but switched over to 75SoftChallenge because it’s easier to use throughout the day. 75SoftChallenge is so easy to use and friendly. It makes habit tracking less intimidating and more fun!

I tried doing 75 Hard a few years ago but it was ways too intense for me. I love 75SoftChallenge and how encouraging it is, plus I can adjust the challenge to make sure it’s right for me! Game changer!!

Lots of fitness apps can feel intimidating and intense. I like 75SoftChallenge because it makes tracking progress toward your health and wellness goals and simple, fun, and fully customizable. Best 75 app out there.

75SoftChallenge is so much better than the other ones I’ve tried. The celebrations are so cute and I love the design. It lets you customize the challenge which is great cause I’m still building up to drinking 3L of water a day. Definitely recommend!

I always liked the idea of 75 hard but when I tried it out I realized that the actions didn’t feel sustainable for me. Then I found 75 soft. 75SoftChallenge has helped me create healthy habits that are much more achievable for me. Definitely recommend!

This app has helped me impose some order into my life. I feel much better at the end of the day when I know I have done at least 45 minutes of exercise, drank lots of water, eaten my spinach, had a mug of tea instead of a Manhattan and read a few chapters of a good book.
