I have multiple charges taken from my account that I did not approve. I only approved the 4 week trial that was only $9.99. I did NOT approve of the second $9.99 nor the additional $19.99 taken from my account. Please advise.
I have sent a message on your app and now this message I am being charged for a subscription I do not have when I go to the app to cancel the subscription you keep charging me for it says I have no subscription. I want these charges refunded and whatever subscription you have signed me up for without my authorization removed.

Registration glitch

After registering, a screen says “your personalized learning plan”, locks up when you try to click continue & it won’t pass that page. I tried 3 times already.
20 questions the. Freezes

I ent through the 20 or so questions to create an account then it froze. Hitting continue repeatedly did nothing.

Do not download or create an account. They will take your money and never provide you with log-in credentials. I’ve had to dispute my CC charges. I repeat, this is a SCAM!
