I have been trying to get some resolution to my problem I amhaving with your company. For a christian organization you sure have some very scamming ways. I am 75 year old woman on SS and not afford to be scammed. I never ordered DUOMO, and this situation caused my bank account to be drained. There wer 3 Charges made to my account one for $44.99 which was refunded to my account. However two more charges were made by DUomo, one for $80. 97 on 3/10, and another charge for $37.98 on 3/11. I tried to explain to your experst and got no help from them, Then they sent me to "THE EXPERTS". who wanted me to pay andditional 80.00. I was left with 71 cents in my account. Three charges cannot be an accident for something I did not order. Be assured I will take this situation to the attorney General of the state you originate from. I completed the first day Bible study now I’m trying to finish day two and it says that I can’t until I finish day one and day one is finished. I hit the finish button and nothing happens. It looks like it’s asking me a question with a magnifying glass and I click all over the whole thing and it’s not doing anything. This app is garbage and I spent $80 on this thing.
