I paid in advance until February 2024 for the Soap Opera Digest. I am owed a 3 month refund. I also sent a message before and never got any response. I stated that I didn't want Women's World. Please respond. Send refund to 103 Lafayette Ave. Collingdale, PA 19023

I recently received a postcard from SOD telling me that the magazine will no longer be published. The last weekly issue was 11/13/23. I did receive this issue. On 12/13/23, I tried three times to call the phone number on the card to discuss this. The first call did get me to someone (Joan?) after waiting awhile. She seemed unable to help me and put me on hold. After I waited again, the line went dead. Later I called again. I waited and a robot voice said no one was available, call another time. I called the next day, 12/14/23. A voice came on saying they were experiencing system problems and were unable to process my call. I did try again 12/15/23 and the same thing happened. The reason I attempted to actually speak with someone was that I feel I'm owed most of my money back. I was offered in the postcard the magazine Woman's World. I don't really want that. I had taken out a 1-year subscription on 9/26/23. I received my first SOD magazine dated 11/13/23. I only received one magazine. I am owed 11 more. I feel I should be refunded for those missing 11 months. I paid $74.17. The woman I did speak to for a few minutes seemed to not even understand what I was talking about. She said I could cancel my subscription. I can't cancel a subscription that no longer exists and I don't want to. She wanted to give me back something like $35.00. I'm owed more than that - 11 months more. I don't know what is wrong, but, I would appreciate a reply to this e-mail since I can't get anyone on the phone. It is not fair to keep 11 months of my money. It seems to me that this is some type of fraud. I am considering reporting this to Md.'s fraud government agency or the Better Business Bureau. I'm serious. But, I am waiting for a reply for at least a while. I don't want you to send me the Women's magazine.

THE YEAR TO GET THEM ON TIME I'M MISSINGI NEVER GET MY SOAPOPERA MAGAZINE ON TIME NOT AT ALL IF I WANTED TO BUY THEM AT THE STORE I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID FOR THEM IN THEMAIL. I 'M MISSING OCT 9TH I WANT IT MAILED TO ME !!

I sent you a check on February 2, 2023 for $94.99 to renew my subscription, today is March 3rd I still have not received any Soap Opera Digest magazines. Why? I tried calling your customer service number but cannot get through to a representative for any help Why? I hope I receive a response to this message very soon or I am calling the Better Business Bureau and complain. Plus I am going on line and letting everyone know how you operate and treat customers I have been one for over 20 years.

Ihave had it with soap opera digest Inever get my magazines on time sometimes not at all i have called a talked to customer all they do give a another week on myorder . the new magazine WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HERE BY THE 13TH it never came so in orderto keep up with my soaps i have to pay out of pocket to get the magazine i have ALREADY PAID FOR! could you please figure something out with this??

Latest update still doesn’t work

I got an email at about 2:30 CST today saying to update my app to the latest version released to day and I should be able to access with no issues. I did it 3 times and even restarted my phone to see if it would help, but no. It no longer crashes, but all I see is white squares. There are no options to tap on anything or trouble shoot. This is beyond frustrating and incredibly disappointing. They raised the subscription rate so much higher and this is the service we get. Got another email to do the same thing. At this point, I just want my money back. Last Friday I opened the app and the issues loaded. I thought wow, they finally fixed it. I went out to walk my dog and when I got back, it was white squares again. I can easily say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Horrible! I paid for monthly payment for this soap opera digest. I can’t even get it on with iPad and iPhone. I thought something was wrong with my device but soon realized it is the soap opera app doesn’t work properly. I just gave it another chance this morning and guess what? It still doesn’t WORK! Ughs. It is hard to get in touch with soap opera digest customer service! Lazy or just being rip off!

Love / hate relationship

I love soap opera digest but every month I can’t access my issue at the end of the month. My payment is done automatically but I’m still prevented from seeing that issue until the payment is done a week later ( when payment is due). I finally paid for a year in advance and I’m still being prevented from seein the new issue. It is ridiculous.
