Game freezes

This game was really fun until it started to freeze. I spent $20 on the game to get rid of ads and that made the game way more fun. I was playing and having a good time until it started to freeze up. It would freeze on the screen where you upgrade the weapons.
I tried everything but nothing worked so I reinstalled the game hoping that would work. I understood that I would lose all of my progress and I was fine with that. I reinstalled it and started to play and I even spent another $20, total of $40 at this point. Guess what’s happening now? The game is doing the same thing. It’s pretty frustrating to say the least. If you do decide to play this game i recommend not purchasing anything ln game.

This game has gone to complete doggy dookie .. every week they sneakily update this app for the worst not better I still can’t fully understand why developers would make an app worst every time they update it .. almost every single time you play you have to watch 1000 ads just to be a single level and that’s just scratching the surface , if your reading this I beg you pls don’t spend money on ANYTHING in this app.
In app purchase did not work

I paid to remove the ads, got a notification I was charged, but ads still come up. The button to remove ads remained even after restarting and there is no button to restore purchases.
