Hi HeyGen Team, I am writing because I have a critical technical issue with my account shebattoinv23@redacted I attempted to generate a video for my app, but the system got stuck in 'Processing/Rendering' for over two hours. Additionally, the partial preview showed a complete lack of synchronization between the avatar (Max) and the audio. This error consumed credits from my monthly plan without delivering a functional video. I cannot even access the Video ID because the interface is frozen for that specific project. As a founder launching a wellness app, this loss of credits and time is a major setback. I request a manual refund of the credits to my account so I can attempt the generation in smaller segments. I was trying to upload a photo to create a photo avatar. I clicked on one photo I liked, then the app just started acting weird. It uploaded tons of the useless pictures it could find until it reached daily rate limit. And the one I clicked on wasn’t uploaded. So I still couldn’t create my avatar.
