Effective App

I really enjoy Productivity a lot. It is very engaging and it takes practice after practice to be committed to Productivity. It is definitely helping me to build and stay connected to my morning habits, as well as my important task throughout the day. I also enjoy how personal you can get through opening up about your goals in all different areas of your life. Whether it be Work, Financial, love and spirituality.
One tiny issue I have with Productivity , is that is randomly crashes. I would be inputting a journal entry and then Productivity crashes. I get so bummed because I invested my time into a solid journal entry and then Productivity crashes and I loose my entire written entry. Is there anything I can do to help fix this?
Other than that, I am completely enjoying Productivity!

Wish the Free Version Wasn’t Just a Demo

I really, really enjoyed everything about Productivity. The functionality was great, the activities and goal linking were really motivating, and the evening routine was great for ending the day in a thoughtful note. Previously, I had rated Productivity five stars.

And then I hit my forty activity cap that comes in the free version. Productivity is essentially broken now unless I subscribe to the pro plan (which is a monthly fee). Honestly, Productivity is good enough that I AM considering going pro...but the fact that the free version essentially had a limited lifespan before basically forcing you into the paid plan by restricting Productivity ’s usefulness is pretty disappointing. Would much rather have had the functions just limited to free version/paid version features, vs a free version that stops working as well (ie. Like Evernote, Todoist, Trello, etc). Leaves me feeling pretty let down as a consumer by an app I had been really enjoying...

I want to love this app!!!

There are so many features I love about Productivity but for this app purposes the daily calendar and tasks are not user friendly. The calendars that sync with apple calendar are not color coded which is a necessary for me and I want to be able to see my tasks while my calendar is open. I don’t see the purpose of showing the calendar on the right side and listing the same events on the left side in the same view. I feel the tasks should be listed on the left. The only other thing I could see that would make this the perfect app would be to sync with apple reminders!

Amazing app.

Productivity literally has everything I one needs to organize their life. The only issue I’m having as of the past few weeks is being able to add goals. I have the pro version which gives unlimited goals. For some reason new goals that I make will duplicate after closing and reopening app and will completely delete the goal after closing and reopening a second time. If this problem is solved I will change my review to 5 stars. Until then I have to give 4 stars, I’m paying for unlimited goals, etc. But not getting what I paid for, unsatisfactory.

Extremely useful

I am writing Productivity five stars, despite the fact that it is a little glitchy because of its incredible usefulness. I've been using it for about a month now and it has helped me get on track with my goals like nothing else has. It is exactly what I was looking for: something that goes beyond the standard to do list and helps you organize yourself to accomplish long-term goals and stay on track with them. For that reason, I would say it is worth it's weight in gold.

Glitches but great support

I originally rate Productivity a 1. I’m changing my rating of Productivity because of the quick responses from the support team.
“Recently it wiped every event, due dates, appointments, off Productivity . It’s the only place I had stored that information so I immediately contacted them. It was easily fixed by logging out & logging back in. However, now I am logged out with no way of logging back in. Productivity shows an error message saying that I have no network even though i do”
That being said Productivity is very clear and concise. It is my go to for be productive and staying on top of class work. The prompt responses for support make it a worthy product despite the glitches.

No Longer Syncs to IOS Reminders 😡

Nothing is more frustrating than when a developer takes away a function of an app without notice. There was nothing in the “What’s new” portion of this page that warned that this function would go away. It really pisses off current users and negatively affects a developers credibility.

I liked using the evening routine of using Productivity to plan my next day and add activities that would show up the native IOS Reminders app. Granted reminders were only unidirectional, ie reminders added to the Reminders app could not be imported to Productivity, but at least they were there.

Syncing with Reminders is useful because the Reminders app is integrated with Siri and Shortcuts. I use those reminders with another calendar app that I like better than the native IOS calendar or the calendar feature on Productivity. I had a system I could easily manage and now it is broken.

In other words, just having Productivity send a reminder through notifications is not good enough and shows that the developer lacks imagination when it comes to use cases. It’s a shame, because this was the best goal setting app I have found, but now it’s usefulness is incredibly decreased.

Would have been nice had it worked

I used Productivity when it was new. It was simple, but effective. For some reason I got out of the habit of using it. After hearing about the updates I decided to try it again. It was fine until I got to the goals page. I tried to set a goal and it said that I had reached my limit of three goals. When I tried to see the goals it only showed one. When I tried again to add a goal it said I had reached the limit of three. I deactivated the account, thinking that would clear it so I could start over. No. I couldn't re-register or reactivate the account. I then got an email saying that if I had a paid membership I should cancel payment. I had planned to. Thank goodness I didn't spend money on this!

Devil in the Details

When life seems to have so many blurred lines and there doesn’t seem like there are enough hours in the day Productivity is sure to save the day. If you are one that has time sensitive task and objectives and or people to supervise Productivity will revolutionize your decision making process. If you use it and refer back to it often you will save time and be afforded the luxury of compartmentalizing priority, secondary and so on. Let’s face it. We are in 2020 and you must automate your life so you can have time for life.

I really like it.

I don’t know why there was no response to my email suggestions. Were they received?

Here are my suggestions:
1- set countdown to full length...ex. 40 min would be 1/4 way through at 10 min.
2- On repetition, I need how many days apart... example... 12 days apart. It would be an added bonus to exclude certain days... like Sun.
3- When I try to add an activity to a calendar, it says I need to select the time. I’d prefer for it to show as all-day in these cases. Otherwise, it doesn’t sync. :-)
4- I set the duration to all day.. But is not allowing the activity to be saved. However; the activities from my Family shared calendar is being brought in, but I can only see it under the calendar view if I scroll to midnight. The daily view with items doesn’t show it. It would be cool to show it. :-)

I really like Productivity!

This app has completely transformed my workflow

I own a small software development firm. Productivity is perfect for me when I’m building software by myself. The milestones feature and the activities/sub activities is phenomenal. Every day, I begin by analyzing what I have to do, adding activities, and then proceeding to work. This streamlines my entire process without being overloaded. Every time I have a new idea, i add a new activity. THANK YOU!

Very Busy

I doubt you will be focused or get much done with Productivity, because it takes too many touches and reading of options and entry fields in order to enter any info or take any action.

Better structure, and hiding most entry behind icons, would be big improvements. I just could not get past the tech friction.

I suppose if your iPad is always attached to a keyboard it might be easier to skip over all that stuff, but that kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile app. And you still have to see all the irrelevant choices.

First App I’ve Ever Paid This Much For

Too bad there’s not an option for 1 million stars!!!
I’ve never bought an app over $3 EVER, except for this one. It was well worth every penny and then some!!!

Every morning I would get up and write my To Do list on a notepad, which took time.
With Productivity everything automatically resets for me every day so I can spend more time on getting things done. It also has a built in timer so I can track how much time I spend on my tasks.

It also has an amazing Goals & Notepad feature. It’s wonderfully organized and not cluttered at all.

I also LOVE the fact that you let people try it (with 2 reoccurring tasks) before they buy.

I swear, y’all really outdid yourselves!
I’m telling EVERYONE about this amazing app!

Helps keep my ADHD in control!

Several months ago I went on a search for the best this app apps. I tried many and slowly whittled down to my the most useful ones. The UI/UX could be improved but the features and structure are perfect. I went a long while with the free version but the Pro version is definitely worth it since I use Productivity so much!

Love!

I love Productivity. I am not paying for the full but I am still loving it and using it everyday. If it continues to be this great and help me remember and reach my goals I will be paying for the full version. Do not pass up this experience just because it’s a little limited in free mode. You can do more than you think. Take the time to learn all Productivity can really do. It’s amazing!

Great app

This is a great All in one app. I have used it since it’s inception and continues to get better. It’s particularly helpful that includes everything regarding goals, tasks for the day as well as reminders. More recently they added a timer on to it which is also extremely helpful. Highly recommend

Sick of apps not working with password managers

When an application requires that you create a password and usernane and doesn’t allow you to paste or generate passwords with the built in capabilities or extended capabilities it is useless to me.

Cut/paste isn’t allowed so I can’t make it anywhere and on the account creation screen it inexplicably limited you to putting the password on the bottom password but not the first one since it makes you enter twice. None of the iOS cut/paste prompts come up so unable to copy and paste it out of it.

If you require an account it’s mandatory you get this working. Especially in an app that wants money for features this isn’t adware this is a software package we want to give you cash to use.

Can’t get past the start screen because can’t create a secure login really hard to evaluate and pay money for something.

Confusing, poorly designed, and exploitive.

I set a goal and could not find it, so I set the goal again. Once I had set the goal a second time, it showed me a list of goals, including the first one, which had gotten lost due to a poorly designed GUI... and it gave me no option to delete that goal. Then it counted the duplicate goal — caused by poor interface design — toward my three free goals, after which I would need to pay. It’s absurd, and offensive, and I feel the company owes me money. “But you didn’t pay anything!” I WASTED VALUABLE TIME, because these programmers were thoughtless and mercenary.

Not able to change color

Overall Productivity is impressive, however, I was not able to change my time bars in different colors. Color in such an important feature to improve clarity and this app. Please make it more visible and easier to change. The user guide was not helpful as well... I would not use it anymore if I’m not able to change the color.

Getting things done

I am an actual unpaid customer of Productivity , I say this because I read some reviews of apps sometimes and wonder the real motivation. So far in the time that I have been using Productivity, I find that it efficiently breaks down my long term goals into everyday actions. The reminders are awesome. Honestly the free version is so beneficial it makes me want to try out the premium version.
