Crashes nonstop, basically any interaction freezes and crashes PlannyXDailyPlanner , amateur quality, it having being featured by Apple is bizarre and will keep me from using PlannyXDailyPlanner store recommendations— PlannyXDailyPlanner is extremely low quality

Love the approach and was excited to try it out. The fact that it crashed three times within 30 minutes of using, makes me feel like it is still buggy and therefore something I will have to pass on…for now

After I installed, it crashed a few times. Then it worked. But when I click on an event, I cannot exit from that screen. no exit button, esc key on the keyboard doesn't work everytime. It's very buggy.

PlannyXDailyPlanner has a lot of good features and the user interface is a bit better than Apple reminders. There is one glaring problem and that is the inability to copy and paste events, or reminders from one day to the next.

The other problem is that the developers website has some serious bugs in it such as a broken email address and verification is in German and so by the time you get translation, you’ve lost what you put into the form. I realize it’s my fault because I don’t speak German, but there has to be an easier way

I like the minimalist UI and the reminders integration but the basic functionality is not as good as the original. I have to navigate to today’s date every time I reopen PlannyXDailyPlanner as it shows upcoming by default. I also miss the widget I relied on quite a bit. Not worth the exchange for fancy charts in my case.

I do miss the widget from the previous version. The integration with reminders/calendar doesn’t work consistently enough, and k really rely on a widget.

Love how simple the UX is, but it’s not ready for my needs yet:
1. Need to be able quickly drag and drop scheduled tasks — can only seem to do that on desktop
2. Need tasks to push back if a new task interrupts
3. Need tasks to actually appear as “events” on my calendar so no new events invade my schedule

Those are just the basics for me.

Planny is a very helpful app, it needs a way to print your to do list and calender.

I’m primarily a stock Apple apps user because I love the stability and native design interfaces Apple provides. However, I am always eager to try third party apps that build off of the native APIs and tools Apple offers rather than creating new complex, non-native interfaces.

When I saw the previews of Planny X, I was drooling over the look and feel of PlannyXDailyPlanner , but a little resistant because I didn’t want to create a silo of data separate from my pre-existing iCloud Calendars and Reminders lists. I was thrilled to find that in addition to Planny taking advantage of Apple’s native designs and tools, that it also directly integrates with Apple Calendar and Reminders, allowing it to act as a companion rather than a direct replacement to the tools I already know and love. As such I can’t recommend it more!

Since it launched, I reached out to Kevin, the developer, to report a few minor bugs and glitches and was greeted with not only quick responses via email, but also with partial confirmation new updates had already been released to fix some of my problems. Even though I’ve not yet subscribed, Kevin has proven a reliable and helpful developer to the point where I’ll be happy to support him and his work.

I’m a younger person with ADHD and their first job in the marketing field and without PlannyXDailyPlanner I would be doing illegal activities under a bridge by now. Thank you Planny for helping to keep my life together!

Just a simple review. Great app. I love it! It syncs my MacBook, iPhone, and iPad. Use it for work and home. Simple to use, simple to set up. (If you want to add or change Lists, use the native app.)

App is fantastic and dev keeps updating and making better. No complaints does everything and so much more.
