Your stats are meaningless. You are “the best” from day one what your ability is half your teams. When it’s double you’re still as expendable. Constant injuries require ads to recover or you’re benched. Training coaches and choose your focus mean nothing. League baseball skips almost every game and always says you win when you don’t. You don’t get mvp or experience during them either. Lastly even with the stats doubled you have no control over the game itself. The ratings are just as meaningless. I don’t see any point or reason to play this game when none of it matters and you just hit buttons and watch ads. You don’t get any awards other than mvp even with bloated stats so theirs nothing to achieve. Completely wasted my time playing this. I could write even more but even this review is wasting me more time. Also based on the reviews I see they botspammed 5 stars and didn’t even earn a 4.9 in the slightest.
I’ve put an embarrassing amount of hours in to this the last month or so and it’s kinda awful? My player is a 178 overall and i’ve been on star player contracts my last couple of teams but I still only get brought in as a reliever, barely play my secondary position of shortstop and am never in contention for any awards despite being the highest rated player on any team I'm on. I have a durability stat of over 120 but in still injured frequently for long amounts of time. The achievements seem glitched. The whole game seems glitched. The stats don’t seem to matter. It’s a waste of time unless stuff like this gets addressed.
Game is fun but the seasons are short and it forces you to wait 8 hours between each season. I want to play a game, not watch a timer 99%
of the time
At what point do you actually play baseball? The game consists of nothing more than hitting sim week and level a player. Not only that, but I DONT WANT TO BE A PITCHER! Why force us into a path- let us choose. We already have to watch ads for stamina and once you make the majors you have to wait nearly a whole day for the next season to start, or spend money.
Don’t waste your time- find another baseball game.
Get injured to many times like 10 times a season
Need to watch ads to keep playing? Fun otherwise.
I am enjoying the game, but I am stuck without any energy. I left the game for a day to give the energy time to replenish itself. When I came back, it was still at 4/120. I watched one ad to gain energy on my first day playing, but I haven’t been able to do so since. The ad option is available, but tapping it does nothing. I can’t get playing time, so there is no point playing.
The game is pretty fun until you notice that energy does not replenish with time. The only way to recover it is by spending gems or watching ads.
This game is great to play I’m just picky about certain things. I just have several problems that should be fixed if you want this game to reach GOAT status which it can potentially do. So here are things that need to be fixed: you should be able to see every single players’ overall, you should automatically be put in both lefty and righty lineups, you should be able to select your pitches as a pitcher, fielding upgrades literally are pointless bc there is no way to view the error statistic, there is no batting order, the pitching rotations and substitutions make 0 sense at times, and you shouldn’t be benched in elim games when your rating was 9.0 or better for the season. Fix these errors and you have yourself a top notch game.
I like the concept of the game and all the different things you can do, but if you could make it so we could actually play with our player that we upgraded it would be way more fun
It’s somewhat fun, but it does get a little tedious and repetitive since you don’t actually ever play but just allocate XP and simulate a game over and over again.
I just finished the first season and the game is pretty fun but when I click the skip button to go to the second season it doesn’t work.
Put in all this effort to level up specific pitches just for my guy to pretty much only throw fastballs it’d make more sense for your highest level pitch to be your #1 or else there’s no point in leveling anything other than fastball
Game is a great time waster game that does not include much doing. Just upgrade and have fun. The only unrealistic part of this game is how often your player gets injured. I get the ads for the next season and for the stamina because it makes sense but I feel like my player gets hurt after every week simulation. I’d play this more often if my player didn’t get hurt as much.
I just started but this game is alot of fun so far, thank you for making it. I love making my type of player with mega vision and contact, and discipline. Other add on are fun too.
I’ve been playing acouple days now. It’s a great game and addicting. Just wish you could see the full stat line for your player like how many RBI and home runs for the season.
Absolutely love this game. Very simple. Love the new update to where I no longer have to choose a 2-way player. Keep up the great work. You should consider a football and basketball version of this.
I fell in love with the game but recently I’ve ran into an issue with one of characters and only him. Where I’ll play one match and then the game will freeze and I can’t tap on anything making the screen unresponsive. Please fix or help.
The Appeal of Starting from the Ground Up in a Baseball Role-Playing Game
Baseball is a game rich with tradition, skill, and strategy. The beauty of the sport lies not only in its athleticism but in the stories that unfold within each season. When playing a baseball game that requires you to start from the ground up, the experience becomes deeply immersive and satisfying. Whether you’re managing a team, creating a player, or building a legacy, this role-playing approach adds layers of depth and excitement that make the game truly stand out.
One of the primary reasons this baseball game is so good is the ability to start from nothing and watch your progress unfold. Many sports games focus on immediate success, offering players a shortcut to championships or fame. However, in this role-playing baseball game, players begin with humble beginnings. You might start as a young, unrefined player, working your way through the ranks of a minor league team or even build a team from scratch. This slow but steady progress mirrors the real-life journey of many athletes, allowing for a deeper connection to the game.
This “start from the ground up” element encourages persistence and long-term planning. The choices you make early in the game, whether it’s how you develop your skills, manage your time, or interact with other players and teams, have real consequences. It makes each success feel earned and each failure a lesson. Building your career or team becomes a strategic puzzle—what players to draft, how to balance resources, and when to take risks—all of which make for a rich and engaging experience.
The role-playing aspect also makes the game more personal and customizable. Players can shape the journey to reflect their own ambitions and preferences. If you enjoy focusing on hitting, you can build a slugger who works on his batting technique. If you’re more interested in strategy and management, you can focus on assembling the perfect team or running the business side of a baseball franchise. The depth of customization ensures that no two experiences are the same, and each playthrough feels unique.
Furthermore, the game offers a strong sense of progression, not just through player stats, but through narrative elements. As your character or team moves up the ranks, the stakes rise. Whether it’s competing in bigger leagues, facing tougher opponents, or dealing with complex challenges off the field, the story continuously evolves, keeping you engaged and invested. This dynamic storytelling makes the game feel alive and constantly rewarding.
Finally, this role-playing baseball game fosters a sense of accomplishment. Achieving success feels far more gratifying when it’s the result of hard work, strategic planning, and incremental progress. Whether you finally make it to the big leagues, secure a championship, or successfully develop a star player, the reward is tangible. It’s not just about winning; it’s about seeing the payoff of your effort and time invested in the game.
In conclusion, the appeal of this baseball game lies in its immersive role-playing elements that allow players to start from the ground up. It offers a sense of progression, strategic depth, and personal customization that makes every decision feel impactful. As you develop your character or team, the game’s depth keeps you engaged, and the rewards are meaningful. It’s this careful blend of realism and fantasy that makes the game not just a pastime but a journey in itself.
