It is not allowing me to do anything

I downloaded the app I paid for it but it won’t do anything but enhance photos. It won’t upload my photos to try on hair styles or change colors. I pick a photo and that’s it. Am I doing something wrong? Is this an issue for anyone else?

Chat GPT can do the same thing this app does. It just pastes hair styles onto your face. No analysis, so suggestions. It doesn’t even show your hair color when you try different styles.

Total rip-off. Thank goodness I only signed up for a one week subscription. I paid $10 for 10 minutes of pure frustration and ridiculous results. It’s a complete waste.
