I don’t know why but when I try to connect my headset to TurtleBeachAudioHub it just doesn’t connect at all. I have the headset activated in my phone saying in the Bluetooth setting that’s connected and every, but when it comes to connecting in TurtleBeachAudioHub it just doesn’t work. It worked before the update.

Really wished they made it compatible with turtle beach 600 gen 2

Will never buy again

Headset doesn’t connect and I have to constantly update my headset from recovery mode. And I’ve had it for about 1 week

The recent update now causes in app controls to have a 20 second to 45 second delay. When I control the slider my amp doesn’t respond in real time like before. Sometimes it just doesn’t respond.

Keeps disconnecting from Xbox

When these headphones work they are freaking amazing. However 30% of the time they cut out and you lose audio. You have to turn them off and back on again then they will work for 10 or so minutes then you lose audio again!
The weird part is they are fully charged. It is the most annoying thing ever when you are playing online with friends.

Hard to hear direction/ superhuman hearing just turns up the volume

Still has a few issues here and there but not as bad as I had originally assumed.

I don’t have a PC so I can’t update my firmware. Other then that TurtleBeachAudioHub is good 👍

The audio in game gets changed when you kill people sometimes

Everything would be perfect, but I need a PC to get all the features/updates.

I can do any adjustments that I need to make right from TurtleBeachAudioHub ! I no longer have to go to Xbox settings and deal with their stuff that is so deep in the menus that it’s hard to find in the first place!

There’s a lot of negative reviews for TurtleBeachAudioHub and most of them mention connectivity issues. Different people suggest different solutions to the problem but what worked for me was updating the headphones with a computer. At first I was having the same problem where the headphones connected via Bluetooth but TurtleBeachAudioHub wasn’t able to recognize it. One of the first things the guide says is to make sure the device is running on the most recent software so I decided to check if there was an update available by connecting it to my computer and what do you know, there was an update. After updating it I tried connecting it to TurtleBeachAudioHub again and it worked instantly. This might be the problem some of you reading this have so I hope this helps. I don’t think TurtleBeachAudioHub deserves the low rating it has since it’s simple and straightforward. There’s really nothing bad about it. Hopefully the connectivity issues go down and the rating goes up in the future.

Love TurtleBeachAudioHub . Super helpful when I’m designing on Forza and want to adjust the my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen IIs. Just wish the headset had more bass. Great job Turtle Beach 🔥🔥

TurtleBeachAudioHub it self very well designed just needs a little more creativity and customizable dials.

I have the freedom to change the headset button functions and set my Audio to my liking? “Power of the AudioHub, in the palm of my hands”

Simple and intuitive. I like being able to make quick adjustments without having to go to Xbox Settings.

Just got done reading reviews of 1, 2 and 3 yrs ago, ppl talking about TurtleBeachAudioHub not working, I figured It would work after all this time, BUT NO! Still doesn't work... I promise I would never buy another Turtle Beach product ever again... you guys were great long time ago.. on my 360 it was amazing listening other player running on the other side of the wall(like on search and destroy), after that so many models came out with so many options is stupid.. I think you should focus only on one or two options(modes) like "super human hearing" or something, where it cuts out the music from the game and focus only on soldier sounds... who cares about "racing mode", I have a BOSS system in my game room that works perfectly for racing games or games like GTA 5 that don't require precision.. I would give zero stars if I could..

The headphone are excellent quality. But I can’t adjust the noise. If the sound effects are good. The people talking are way to loud. If I turn it down for the voice then the game effect is too quite. I can’t connect my headset to TurtleBeachAudioHub . And I can’t get ahold of anyone for help.

TurtleBeachAudioHub is absolute trash. Won’t connect to my elite 800 even thou they are already paired via Bluetooth to my phone.
Ridiculous

These headphones are horrible

Let me start off by saying how much I want to love you, Turtle Beach. As first time Turtle Beach customer I was a little reluctant to spend $300. I purchased the 800x Elite wireless headphones because they are the only completely wireless headset for the Xbox One, which is ridiculous in itself. My mic quality in Xbox Live Party chat is less great. After getting through all the BS, here comes TurtleBeachAudioHub to save the day. Wrong, it makes me want to burn my turtle beach box in a ceremonious 'goodbye' to the company as their most expensive and self-proclaimed, "most advanced headset in the world" do not even connect via TurtleBeachAudioHub.
Secondly... When you click to go to the TB website via the banner in TurtleBeachAudioHub , it takes you to a hacked webpage demanding ransom. The presentation and support of TB products are supposed to be the highest quality in the industry. I have yet to see that as a first time customer. TB just better hope another wireless headset doesn't come out for the Xbone soon. -although, Competition would maybe encourage them to fix their product.

I have the Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 headset along with the Elite SuperAmp; I’ve had them for several months now and I’m very pleased with their quality. One issue I have, however, is with the Bluetooth functionality of my SuperAmp. It’s always been finicky, and I’m not sure why, but this most recent update to the Audio Hub has made it much worse. In the past, I would just have a difficult time connecting my phone’s Bluetooth to the amp, but now it just disconnects on its own. I don’t adjust any settings on my phone and it remains within about one foot of my Xbox and SuperAmp the whole time; it simply disconnects the Bluetooth completely on its own. This requires me to either leave it disconnected (which virtually makes the amp pointless) or constantly keep reconnecting it (which is incredibly frustrating). Like I said before, the Bluetooth functionality on the amp has been finicky since I bought it, but this latest update to the Audio Hub has made it worlds worse, almost unusable. Please try to do something to fix the issues that have arisen from the most recent update.

I’ve had the elite pro 2 for 3-4 weeks and it is incredible. I’ve never had an issue connecting my phone to the Bluetooth and for a while TurtleBeachAudioHub was functional as well. I never had any issues until the other day TurtleBeachAudioHub just sits there and connects for a minute or two then says it won’t connect. I know my phone’s Bluetooth is connected to the amp because I can listen to music and all that but TurtleBeachAudioHub won’t connect to the amp so my game-to-party volume is all messed up. Extremely disappointing. Not sure what to do since I don’t really know what is going on. TurtleBeachAudioHub was completely functional last week and now it won’t connect.

TurtleBeachAudioHub isn't bad. I just got my new i30 in today to use for my iPod and iPad. But big problem... App won't install to my Gen3 iPod. Now looking at TurtleBeachAudioHub in the iTunes store it does say OS 6.0+ only, BUT the Turtle Beach Ear Force website states the Gen3 iPod was compatiable. Well they should fix that on their website because its not true. Either that or Apple needs to do a minor update to allow the Gen3 iPods to be compatible to the new software. I understand they no longer support the Gen3 software, but at the same time... I'm not going to be buying a new iPod any time soon since my current one is working fine... Okay yeah the screen is broken, but doesn't mean it doesn't work and I should be allowed to-- Sorry shouldn't rant about that here... So with that being said. Nice app, but if a compatibility fix can be implimented for the old Gen3 OS 5.0.1 iPods would be nice. Thanks.

So I got a set of Gen 2 Stealth 700 for Xbox just like everyone else it was the greatest idea. I got it to pair to my Xbox after a few minutes and then TurtleBeachAudioHub which was great. My volumes were adjustable through the scroll switch’s which was nice and when I connected it to my Bluetooth it took three tries but after that it was awesome. Volume control for music from my iPhone and Volume control for game with scroll switches. Till I joined a party and blew my ears out with the chat volume and guess what AudioHub says? Can’t find device! After being connected the whole time! Please fix issue for app ASAP!

TurtleBeachAudioHub is good but not great
It take to long to pair Bluetooth when I already have it connected
by Kylee1849194810481
Got my Stealth 700 headset today and everything worked perfectly. TurtleBeachAudioHub is awesome. For everyone having connectivity issues, make sure you are using the Bluetooth button next to the power button, not the little sync button that you used to pair the headset and the Xbox. I paired my headset and Xbox first. Then, I held down the Bluetooth button down until the headset told me that I was in pairing mode, and then I went to my iPhone bluetooth settings and paired them up. Then I opened TurtleBeachAudioHub and it worked right away. I hope this review can help someone having issues :)

Not sure what’s up with the low reviews. But It has worked perfectly every time I have used it. Great controls etc.
by Hockeykid034
I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like I should due to the low rating TurtleBeachAudioHub currently has. But I got the Turtle Beach Stealth 700’s about a week ago and TurtleBeachAudioHub has provided me with customization options for my headset rather easily. TurtleBeachAudioHub itself is very easy to get around. I know that both the turtle beach headsets and TurtleBeachAudioHub were extremely buggy and full of glitches whenever all of that was first released, but now it seems like they got all of that straightened out. Definitely recommend TurtleBeachAudioHub if you get a new pair of turtle beaches.

I was a little apprehensive when the review on TurtleBeachAudioHub Store was so loaded... but I didn’t have any issues using it, updating my firmware, or any other basic technological issues associated with this amazing headset. I was going to get the $60 wired pair but am so happy I went for the Stealth 700 Gen 2.

I’ve read countless negative reviews on TurtleBeachAudioHub and I completely understand why people are upset. I just bought my turtle beach headset last night. Downloaded TurtleBeachAudioHub and followed the instructions, I was struggling to get TurtleBeachAudioHub to connect to my headset so I first connected it to the Bluetooth of my phone then opened TurtleBeachAudioHub and it asked if I wanted to enable Bluetooth, I agreed and my headset connected to TurtleBeachAudioHub . Once I was logged into TurtleBeachAudioHub the headset was even better! The bass + treble is my favorite. So far so good!
Bluetooth to my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro work fine with the elite pro 2 super amp for PS4, however when it is connected to my iPhone or iPad, the audio hub app doesn't seem to recognize it at all and keeps saying "searching for your device..." and "Could not find your device, but still searching..." even though it has a Bluetooth connection to that device. Can anyone help?
