I downloaded the game & after playing a few levels my game is frozen. Will not load. Yes I closed out of the game & reopened it & it’s frozen. Tried the next day& still frozen. I liked this game before when Disney owned it.

Ever since Rock You started buying up the games I used to play, it’s been nothing but problems. Uninstalling & will never play any games from Rock You.

Help!! I have been working on this game for over a month now. There have been challenging puzzles, but this is impossible. Often there are few, if any vowels, repetition of letters like j, x, q, v, z, k. With nothing to build on to make words the puzzle goes unsolved and I’m unable to go on. Very frustrated. K. Bowen

Going on 2 months now and #348 is still impossible and unsolvable. I love a challenge, but this has stopped being fun. I have down-graded to one star. I have screen shots of the letter choices generated by the computer, I’ll be happy to send them.

I am rating this a one Star even though it is my favorite game and I have played it forever. Why? Because ever since the latest iOS update it will not load and play on my iPhone. I have contacted “support” over and over again with no response, and no improvement. I have deleted it and reinstalled it many times. No change. It will not open, load or play. Just the ROCK YOU LOGO page flashes up and closes.
I really wish they would fix this because I miss playing the game.

I was loving WordsofWonder but all of a sudden it took forever to load and then I kept getting a message to turn off airplane mode and turn on Wi-Fi. Airplane mode was never on and Wi-Fi was. The only option I have now is to not sign in and start all over again 😡.

Now you are forced to sit through 30 second advertisements! Please make the ads go away-they will never inspire me to purchase anything...they are more of an annoyance than anything! I enjoy playing this game because it's somewhat challenging to make words, but I will not pay real money to play. The other option is to join Facebook which I also refuse to do! I don't understand why Facebook has to get their grubby hands into every possible facet of life--it's just disgusting!

The game is plagued with bugs. When you think you are winning, the game freezes. This has occurred in the past and it occurred three times today. The company needs to address the problems or pull the game off the download list. Persons who purchase extra items run the risk of not being able to use them when they need the extra turns or whatever.

I used to play this game all the time... and previously spent plenty of money purchasing gold bars. But now, the ads are just too much. You can’t get started without watching a 30 sec ad. You can’t advance between games with out watching an ad. You can’t do anything without being forced to watch an ad. Come on... some of us willingly spent the money to continue playing the game. This is just ridiculous.

Why all three in one game? It’s hard and frustrating trying to beat a level. I play games for the enjoyment and relaxation, not to get frustrated on one level for weeks because I’m being challenged by objects in a game so I can’t move on.

I love this game but there are a great deal of ads and several glitches. I had to delete and reinstall and am hoping this fixes one of the problems. Would give it more stars if it weren’t for all the issues

This is one of my favorite games, but it will no longer log in tonFacebook on my iPad or iPhone. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck in correcting the issue. I searched the FAQ for help, but no answers. Without FB, my games aren’t linked between devices to update progress. Any suggestions?

I have hit a level that I have been trying to get past for 2 years. Deleted the game at one time because it just stopped working. Downloaded again. The game seems very unfair! Even if you use the help bonuses / boosters you cannot win! I refuse to give up! Even knowing the computer will never allow me to move forward!! Love hate situation! Level 24 episode 349 dropping feathers!

I’ve been playing this game for years, but lately it’s been freezing up on me… Nothing I do gets it going again, so I have to completely scrap my game and start a new one. This is not happening on any other game or anything else on my iPad, just Words of Wonder.

This is one of my favorite games. I especially like the fact that it has no ads. However, if there was a way to earn boosters I would give it 5 stars. I don’t make in-game purchases, so when my boosters are gone and the level is too frustrating, I merely delete WordsofWonder , re-install it and start over. The ability to earn boosters would be awesome.

I was a Facebook player for a long time before I got WordsofWonder. I love the game, graphics and gameplay, but on WordsofWonder you cannot see the doors that close the letters off every other move. It makes it very difficult to complete a those levels.

I actually love the game but it needs endless word find and maybe find as many words in 3 minutes would be great separate from the levels available :)

My IPad Pro would play words great WordsofWonder was connected to my Facebook account the new update made my game so it dose not even load I tried to delete and reinstall it reinstalled via the cloud is there a fix

I downloaded this game on my phone and it downloaded okay but when I go to open it it shows rock you and then immediately goes back to the words of wonder icon. I thought it was just me but my sister can’t open hers either. Does it not work on iPhones?

I have played this gam for a very long time. I have never had a problem. As of the last update the game will not open on any of my apple products could you address this issue

I have played this game for years. I enjoy it very much. It keeps my brain working and I like that. Some levels are so hard, I have to take a break. Other times I can’t pass a level for months. It can be rough. But I still thoroughly enjoy this game!

I to deleted this game after doing everything possible to try to finish level 195 knowing I did everything to try to figure it out so I got back on the game today and I still can’t get past it I would appreciate it if you could help me with some clues or something please I do love this game so guys help me out please
