I’ve subscribed to Paris Vogue for two years. Everything was fine for 6 months- and then I would no longer receive my monthly issues. I’d paid in advance for the yr, so there were no problems with the payment. It just had the old issue and months went by. I contactedParis Vogue by multiple emails- no response- Finally, after 5-7 emails, I received a response in French, saying it’s Apple Support that is causing the problem. LIE!!! I called and spoke to Apple, they said there is nothing wrong with apple, my iPad, it’s the Paris Vogue app and Apple said they have no access to Paris Vogues app, to make repairs etc. So I emailed again to Paris Vogue for help. Just to let you know, I also subscribe digitally to: German Vogue, Mexican Vogue, British Vogue and Turkish Vogue magazines. I have NEVER had 1 problem getting my monthly digital magazine from them- not once!
Paris Vogue really need to hire competent IT technical support and fix their constant problems. It is not acceptable that I paid for the issues and I never get to read them, or get them 3 months late.
And they never one time apologized or tried to help fix their problem. Shameful
