How to fix Maarifa app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Maarifa app on iPhone
Update Maarifa app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Maarifa iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Maarifa on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Maarifa network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Maarifa Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Maarifa not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Maarifa App
1. On android, goto Settings » Maarifa » click [Force Stop]

Update Maarifa to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Maarifa App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Maarifa » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Maarifa.

Fix Maarifa unable to contact server/ Maarifa internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Maarifa » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Maarifa » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
