I have downloaded and attempted to sign into 2ndCharlesRewards multiple times and all I see is a white screen after the signin process. (2ndCharlesRewards appears to allow my signin)Yes I have deleted 2ndCharlesRewards , also redownloading as well. I’ve even went so far as to reset my password to no avail. Would love to be able to have access to 2ndCharlesRewards as I am a very frequent shopper of the store. Please have someone look into an rectify this issue.

You would think by 2024, it would be simple to download an app and sign in. Apparently not

First 2ndCharlesRewards wouldn’t let me log in then it went to a grey screen and didn’t do anything.

I’ve tried downloading 2ndCharlesRewards multiple times but whenever I try to sign in it freezes on the load symbol. I’ve tried on both wifi and LTE but no luck. Now when I try to open it I just get a white screen. I can log in on the website just fine. Never had this problem with any other app.

Downloaded it, tried to log in, and just got a loading screen that never loads anything. Then tried to force close 2ndCharlesRewards and reopen - just gets a blank white screen. Uninstalled, rebooted phone, tried again.. same thing. Not worth the frustration.

Unable to log into app. Most of the time all you see is blank grey screen. Have deleted and redownloaded app several times with no improvement. Excited for rewards program but sad that it can’t easily be accessed.

Literally just doesn’t work, I open it up to a white screen every time, tried updating, tried uninstall then reinstall, still just a white screen, furthest I got was to login screen put in credentials then boom white screen

Spinning wheel of death when I attempt to log in. If I close 2ndCharlesRewards during the log in process, it will reopen on a gray screen that I can’t navigate away from. Have deleted and reinstalled to the same issues.

Can’t login on 2ndCharlesRewards . Just get a spinning wheel or white screen. Deleted multiple times.

App will not even open and run. It's a blank screen literally. It's the same issue on droid and Apple

Love the store so much but I can’t even log in. Hopefully they can eventually fix the bugs

Doesn’t open

I love the store, but 2ndCharlesRewards is horrible. You literally cannot login. If you try to exit it and open 2ndCharlesRewards again you’ll just get a blank screen. Uninstall and reinstall multiple times and I cannot get past the login page.

App doesn’t allow you to see your store credit. The number 1 reason to have 2ndCharlesRewards would be for that feature.

I already loved 2nd and Charles! But this made me love them more! Save your points! Between my points and the books I sell them, sometimes when I check out, I’m not paying them anything! It’s insane!
