Ever since I switched to SCCUPlus, I’ve had trouble. Not longer integrated with quickbooks which doesn’t work for me as a business owner. Been trying to load my transaction history for 45 minutes. please figure it out soon. I don’t want to have to look for another bank.

New app is not fully functional. Card controls are not available. I can’t use old SCCU app after upgrading to the new and the old card controls only work with the old app. Stop using the public to beta test your apps! We need card control ASAP!!

I recently downloaded the new upgraded app, and i do not enjoy it, on the Home Screen there is to much going on and the Transfer option is a little bit to confusing. Hopefully the continue to make improvements because it seems a little disorganized, I liked the old one better it just ran a little slow when it come to Zelle and transfers!

I use my iPad for all business and personal banking. Having trouble keeping signed in and remembering my log in..have to send text to authenticate. All accounts aren’t showing up when I try to do funds transfer from and to my own accounts. It’s aggravating. Not happy w new version. Too many glitches. Can’t see all 6 accounts can only choose 4 or 5 that can be displayed. Too many clicks to get to my accounts. Can only turn iPad vertical, I use my iPad horizontal so that’s also a nuisance. Get it right SCCU, been banking w you for years. Fix the bugs before you launch your so called wonderful updated digital app! Unhappy Customer

Wish I NEVER upgraded to this version of SCCU. Impossible to login in when I need to. The excuse is “too much traffic volume”. This didn’t happen with previous version. Ugh…….unacceptable!

Got charged something I didn’t do

I tried transferring money to an account that said would be in the negatives and instead it got put into the wrong place, and I got charged again due to the horrible interface

It’s terrible. I can’t login without verification every time and can’t verify anything now. Glad it takes me longer to go to the atm or call than use SCCUPlus for my convenience.

There was no point of announcing a new app if it wasn’t going include everything. I don’t like having my debit card fully open and I can’t close it. You guys should’ve made an announcement stating that. Live chat in this new app doesn’t even work properly.

Have to call sccu AGAIN

Locked me out of my account after I entered correct user/password multiple times and wont let me back in on the account unlock login page because i didn’t fill out a captcha that DOESN’T EXIST on the login page.

Edit: made the call, reset my password to the same as before somehow. (Old password was written down so i know for a fact that it is the same.) Now i can log in but every time i click the transfer button it logs me out. Has happened 3 times now and each tile i have to go through the 2-factor authentication hoops.

I download the new app and first off all you guys need to put Face ID safe username etc. And stop this one time code every single time you go on it. It’s frustrating I want my user name to be safe or at least be able to use Face ID. Not happy with SCCUPlus

Loading issues

I like the upgraded sign in security and a lot of the upgrades to SCCUPlus HOWEVER after signing in, SCCUPlus constantly loads. I usually give up after a few minutes of loading without getting the acct info I need. When I came from another bank that had advanced online banking & app to SCCU, felt like a huge step down all around. I do like the upgraded app WHEN it works.

SCCUPlus itself is nice however it takes like 3-5 minutes just for SCCUPlus to load . I have to keep trying to get it to load by closing it and going back in . I don’t like that my credit card isn’t shown on the main page with all my other accounts like it was with the previous app . I also don’t like that I can’t add an additional device to my account for access.

Once I switched SCCUPlus no longer sends me transaction notifications even after I set them. SCCUPlus has a lot of features but most do not work. I finally go to log in today (Labor Day) and SCCUPlus seems to be down. Also once you switch to SCCU+ you cannot go back to the original app.

I’m only giving two stars because SCCUPlus was released without more research. I have a few accounts linked with Plaid that will not relink. It’s because of the new update. Please fix this asap. Otherwise, I actually like the interface and the amount of information shown without having to change screens.

I started a chat with a virtual assistant at 10:10PM EST. IT said, “I’m going to put you through to one of our agents who can assist.” That was 10 minutes ago!! Usually such a great response time and quick assistance. Please fix this quick because I am rooting for this new app. The message button on the side was horrible so please don’t do that ever again. Thanks!

Confusing New App

Confusing that the tutorials show SCCUPlus icon name and picture same as the former app but SCCUPlus Store calls the new version SCCU Plus so I’m not confident that I’m using the correct version and/or being scammed. And currently use is taking me in circles requiring I login multiple times. Wish I had waited to upgrade and simply continued to use the old app.

I like how the new app makes everything smoother and easy but if you click on account information you get left with a circle going around and around, can’t scroll down to see any pending transactions or posted transactions. You made us switch to this new app but it’s not on par to the old one yet 🥺

I think it’s cool that SCCU is integrating card control into SCCUPlus but because it’s not need integrated yet that’s a take away when I switched. Quick balance is something Ian having trouble with I know how to turn it on the problem is it gives me an error message. Over all it’s a good idea and not a learning curve as everything is pretty much the same just wish I had waited till they had fixed the bugs and added card control.

Landscape view for tablets

I do my banking from my tablet and since I use a keyboard I usually use it as landscape view. It is annoying that SCCUPlus doesn’t recognize that. Please fix this to take advantage of the new app.

Like the app, Need Widget Back**

I like the new app just wish they would bring back the "today view screen" WIDGET for IOS as I use to use it a lot to glance at my balance without havig to even open SCCUPlus as so did my family and friends that use SCCU. The new app seems more responsive and faster. So far so good, just don't change SCCUPlus too much more to cause slowdown.

SCCUPlus is way easier to use than the last version although it is lacking some major functionality that the old app includes but I’m guessing it’s all still a work in progress. Great app overall!

It’s a step in the right direction

Without a doubt SCCUPlus is better than the old one. Although it could be better. For example a larger layout making it easier to assess your accounts (checking, savings, auto loan, credit card etc). I agree with others that would like to see live feed on our accounts for transactions. Nonetheless it’s still a good app, and more importantly a great bank.

I downloaded it. It looks a lot more user-friendly. I like the fact that my credit score is listed on my home page. You can also customize your main page. The only thing that I would’ve suggested letting people upgrade the current SCCU app. I only say that because older generations might not be comfortable with deleting one app, and downloading A new app. Could be a update in original app. Face ID feature works. Very user-friendly.

Wait to install this new app. There’s no way to see your balances without logging in. Also card lock isn’t available.
