I was not getting any sound from ColorBlockJam so I removed and added it back. When I click on restore purchases it would not restore my ad free subscription or my purchase for coins

Game was fun until the unsolvable levels started popping up. You can’t pass them without using your resources or spending money to buy coins for more resources. Also not a fan of the ridiculously short times to solve some of the puzzles, or the bombs that go off quickly. Sure that made it challenging sometimes but it gets old quick.

A couple days ago I completed a level and when it went back to home for me to start the next level the screen went black except the ad at the bottom. Now when I open ColorBlockJam it loads and then when it gets to the screen to start playing it’s still black.

There are only about 10-12 boards that repeat. Not only are there ads after every single round, but some automatically flip to App Store and back over and over until you have to close the game and reopen it.

The game is ok…I think the time limits are a little short…the ads are SUPER annoying. The have popups…plus when you try to x out of them, they link to the advertiser instead of closing the add…so the link leads to a link…it takes 4-5 seconds just closing out the links and you lose your place in the game.

Listen, I don’t want to throw around terms like “the dark souls of stupid puzzle games”, that would be an insult to Dark Souls. This game artificially incites difficulty by not giving the player a second to think about what they’re doing with the absurdly strict level timers in order to farm more money either off the ads the player is spamming to get more lives or the coin purchases they’re doing to get the ability to do anything. The bombs make this even more punishing. The ability to look around freely before moving any blocks helps, but it’s not enough to help with *twenty-five seconds until death* in most cases. The puzzles are fun, the timers aren’t.
Okay, MOST of the puzzles are ALMOST fun. Gates are the second worst thing you could have added. I swear, I’ve lost the same amount of attempts to “whoops, didn’t play around gates perfectly” or accidentally dragging something out when I didn’t mean to and closing a gate as I have to absurdly short bomb timers.

It’s a fine puzzle game… until level 47 which requires you to spend money (or have other resources) to complete.

It’s not exactly a puzzle game if you can’t complete the puzzles within the given rules.

Not enough time to solve the puzzles. The earlier levels were fun, but in no time the game times out and money is required to finish a level. NO FUN! DELETING

One of the main reasons I downloaded was for sound. There are buttons for sound options but zero sound! Please fix

This game was a lot of fun until you hit an early level (20-ish) that is not beatable unless you ‘hammer’ a piece. Have to buy that hammer or you can’t move on. Ads are bad enough, but then make the user buy features… 👎🏼

I don’t understand why games prevent you from just playing by giving lives. This isn’t Zelda

Really fun game up until the higher levels. I got to 176 and then realized I was playing the same levels over again. The creativity slows down and it’s not as much fun.

This would be so much better with a non-timed version. I don’t play games to be stressed out about a timer going off.

I’ve got enough stress in my life that I don’t need to play a game against a clock.

I got all the way to over a hundred and the puzzles, seen to be the same, I keep doing the same few puzzles over and over again, you need different puzzle, this is getting boring now, I have now stopped playing

I loved this game, relaxing and fun. But level 79 is unsolvable. Wish I could give it 5 stars but that’s a deal breaker. I’d love to come back and change my rating if this gets fixed.

Good game, but I would pay more for a non-timed version. I want to relax with a mental challenge, something I could think through. Timed games cause stress; I get enough of the in my life.

Level 230 is literally impossible. I wish there was a hint option and/or an option to watch an ad for coins/tools

I like the game mechanic, just challenging enough without being frustrating (some were really easy though).

Sadly I got to level 79 and noticed this particular puzzle had now shown up for a third time.

I absolutely love the Color Block Jam game! I thought it would be like most of the “block” games I tried but it’s so much more challenging! I’m on level 34 and it’s HARDDDDD!!!! I usually get to levels 2000+ on games! This keeps me on my toes! I need a sample of free coins to spend so I can really test it! It’s really a good game!!!

Level 193 and hanging in there. Clever challenging puzzles, not sure what all the other negative reviews are about.
