Whenever I try to play a song, it gives me an error message (“there was an error playing your song. Sorry! Playing the backup song.”) only to go on to play a song that starts off with noises I can only describe as horrid purely because I have heard it so many times. I don’t understand why it says that the song I want to play is available in AlarmClock only to not play it. No matter what I do, it will not play the songs I want. It won’t let me know beforehand that the song will not work either, leading me to have to wake up to that sickening noise or listen to it again every minute as I try to fix the error. It’s driving me insane, and I hope this gets fixed soon. For now, my rating will stay a 1 star.

The alarm is never able to play the song I choose. Instead there is always an error message that says “There was an error playing your song. Sorry! Playing the back up song” The backup song is always Krishna Flute, and not a calm gradual flute song either. It’s very high pitched and jarring for an alarm. Also, even with the backup song playing, none of my other settings about volume or the song coming on gradually are saved. I wish I had swiped and read more of the reviews instead of just seeing the star rating and the first positive review. This is awful

All of a sudden, I keep getting a message that says “There was an error playing your song,” I found that I wasn't the only person having this issue and i’ve tried everything to fix it but to no avail. I’m not sure what changed because I never replaced the song I was using before, it just stopped working randomly. I do hope this issue gets fixed soon, then this would really be a 5 star app just as it was before.

So happy I tested before retiring on this to actually do what it. I tested with 3 different songs. The first attempt not only chose a song from the wrong genre it wasn’t even the same language. The next two were at least the same language, genre and even artist but still not the song I chose. Deleting!

this morning the alarm never went off, even though i left AlarmClock open and my phone charging all night.

when the alarm actually goes off, it will play something that isn't the song i wanted. i've tried to play a song called Fish (by Puzzle) and instead i woke up to a children's song about fish :|

Whenever I try to set a playlist as the alarm it doesn’t work so instead, I try the song, but the songs never work and instead plays a back up song that I don’t even understand. I’ve tried it with several different songs and it still just says that work other than that, I like AlarmClock , but I feel like that problem really needs to be fixed for me to enjoy it even better.

Every time I link my account, AlarmClock crashes, I’ve uninstalled AlarmClock and reinstalled it and it won’t stay open longer than 2 seconds. Doesn’t help that AlarmClock doesn’t let you play your chosen song more than once

Okay so AlarmClock worked amazingly until one day I woke up to some Indian music and was so confused because I had not set that as my song and saw it said some kind of error and it played a back up song which was super annoying now all I can wake up to is Indian music so I just ended up deleting AlarmClock
Really disappointed since AlarmClock was the only free one with wide selections

AlarmClock will work for me about half the time and actually play the song I select. Other times it plays some totally basic chime sounding alarm even when the song I chose is shown in AlarmClock . Glitchy app.

This is perfect for using your playlist for walking up. No ads, no problems, no money! The only thing that would make this truly perfect is a shuffle feature, and if there is one then I haven’t found it yet

Works so well I can get up at 6:00 am and jam to my music while waking up, picking out clothes for the day and getting ready for school

I’m literally so happy that they made this it’s so smart so people don’t have to pay for it in the iTunes app

It was amazingly simple to set up and it worked perfectly. Perfection is achieved not when there’s nothing more to add, but when there’s nothing left to take away.

It works for me!, it doesn’t stop until the song is over though soo, I suggest to set a extra alarm though if you don’t get up/ your a heavy sleeper

I enjoy it because it’s very simple and never charges you anything . You can also play whatever song you want so that you never get bored of your alarm. I would really suggest AlarmClock. It also never fails to wake me up, meaning it’s the right level of volume and it is a great song (smoked away my brain). It’s also simple to turn off in the morning except I would want to so I could finish the rest of my song / alarm . Get AlarmClock if you need a new alarm sound.

I feel that AlarmClock is efficient and it really works. I recently tried other apps similar to AlarmClock that wanted a subscription before I was able to set another alarm. Meanwhile, I ran into AlarmClock and it works like a job five s stars!!!!

Omgg I’m so glad I got this bc you can pick your song but I just wish that we put whatever lyrics like for TikTok in from your camera roll, but in general, it’s really good, but I just wish we could do like our own own towns

AlarmClock is amazing. I had the other app that is exactly like this one. But this is by far better because it has any song you want on it and u don’t have to unlock it which is also a plus. Definitely recommend
