I would stay away from these psychic apps. I’ve gotten accurate readings on Etsy from very gifted psychics for cheap prices and every single one of them resonated with each other. As soon as I have a free chat with a psychic on here they tell me the opposite of my other readings and are quite negative. They tell u things to make u concerned so they can pull you into adding more funds for the reading. One psychic told me i had negative energy around me. I got an energy check reading from one of my trusted psychics and he saw nothing around me due to the fact that I’m well protected with a shield. Another psychic told me my poi is lying to me when he said he said he doesn’t want to be with his baby’s mother when every reading I had confirmed he doesn’t and is only with her due to feeling trapped which is why he has a connection to me. That was so rude of her. Stay away from these readers and just get readings on Etsy. You will thank me trust me!

This psychic name Zahira was the worst reader I experienced. She went from asking questions after I asked for a love reading, she kept going on and on not giving me a real clarity just being negative about my relationship and then she laughed like it was a joke to her. You don’t mess up peoples lives and get away it. I recommend not use Lumus I don’t know if this is real or fake. I don’t see how this person pick and chooses how your life should be.

I had a frustrating experience with the customer service from this company. I asked the astrologer a question and never received an answer and the session ended in less than a minute. I contacted customer service though their chat to inform them. They gave me incorrect information about refreshing Lumus to get my credit back, when that was not the case. Then they refused to properly address the situation and said I had consumed all my available credit, even though that was not true.
This kind of poor customer service and false information is very disappointing. As a customer, I should be able to rely on the company to provide accurate information and properly resolve any issues I’m facing.

I downloaded Lumus when I came across it and when I downloaded it, the first chat is free but it’s ONE free minute with the “Psychic”. Not only that, the AI “Psychic” was having a conversation with themselves(is what it felt like) and I thought the worst part was them not answering my question but nope it was when they deliberately took 20 seconds to type so the time could run out. Left me with “This is an automated message. Your chat ended as you ran out of free minutes. You may recharge and start the chat again. For any issues, contact customer support. But yes , I've noticed something very interesting in your horoscope. Your personal life is going to take a new turn very soon. Connect again , I’ll explain everything in detail.

This site is completely fake. There are the same people using multiple accounts. A person messaged me that I had never spoken to via psychic assistant, and I looked back at the history because I didn’t recognize them and it was a completely different person name and photo that supposedly.

Also, I had chatted with someone today who kept saying last time we spoke, but according to my history, he was not in my past chats and when the chat opened, it was brand new.

Not only that the chats are super slow and many of them try to sell you other things. And then some of them keep asking you questions which is strange since you’re coming to them for answers. Seriously do not do it.

I liked the ability to connect and chat through texting. However, every single “adviser” would ask questions that I had already answered or as if I was in a completely different conversation. Some advisors would say they sensed a change after we just stopped chatted as if to entice me back into the chat when there was no way the question or statement was applicable to our chat. Disappointing

Lumus is like you are talking to Ai bots because they keep changing the topic like I ask a question and they don’t even answer my question instead they keep asking random questions and I don’t want to talk about and then to speak with the people and I wasn’t gonna waste money just for some guy not to answer my questions even if it was a real person terrible feedback, would not recommend if you want to talk to someone because it’s just like you’re talking to AI.

I have spoken with multiple readers on and off, within a days of time, and many of them have asked questions for answers I have already provided and/or they restate everything we have discussed with another question. It is concerning that I have spent a quite bit of money on this application and I am losing confidence in the abilities of the “psychics” available. I am starting to think I am talking to AI bots and not people. If that’s the truth, that is really messed up and deceiving considering the basis of this platform is for people who are seeking energetic soul connection requesting guidance for clarity. I am leaning towards never using Lumus again and feeling very manipulated by this kind of service. In addition to the feeling wishing I never invested my money into Lumus. I will go elsewhere. Seems very fake.

I feel that all of the supposed psychics are sharing information they even all type their works exact same.. I feel that if it’s something they don’t know , they’ll waste time pretending to type and then send a short blurb but once the chat is over, suddenly they have the info you’ve been asking for which matches the info from readers I payed before the current payed psychic..

Love Lumus . Love when a person is actually responding but it feels like about 50-60% of the responses are AI or automatic responses. It’s frustrating. I would rather continue my conversation with a person and maybe if they can’t immediately reply stop counting minutes until then can.

For some reason on my first read it was good but it kinda shocked me when they asked did I have a mole on my face or neck and I have a mole on my face I didn’t even tell them that it’s good I would recommend using Lumus but if your scared don’t use it I will not lie it kinda scared me when they asked me that because how do they know that .
