I subscribe to a lot of these apps, but this one you’ve got really good movies on it except for it’ll cost me an arm and a leg to watch them. You have no way to subscribe for a week or a month. For instance, ReelShort, you can subscribe for a week. mini you can subscribe for a week or a month I like to watch a movie all the way through and if I can’t do that, I don’t use the app, but I wish I could because there’s a quite a few in yours that I’d like to watch, but I’m not gonna pay the absorbent amount of money needed to watch it. I feel bad because the actors in the movies I chose are really good, you know maybe the movie will float to an app that I can watch on . I also see in all your comments and your responses back that you understand about the pricing you’re gonna look into it, but I don’t see that anything‘s been done. Furthermore, I subscribe to the 499 for a week and got two episodes what was up with that? I also just read some more content and it’s I feel like the developers and no way are looking at subscriptions. Like I did the same thing someone else did I purchased a $4.99 subscription and got nothing for it. I had to still buy coins and they said oh they’re gonna make it more clear that everybody is complaining about so there you have it I guess I won’t be watching love captive to the mafia

The ads made it look very good. I really wanted to watch the 2 stories I saw but after reading the reviews I was hesitant. I downloaded the app and right away had trouble moving on the the 2nd episode of The Alpha Mate. I went to the Terms & Conditions. The following that I read made me delete the app.

Section 4.7
“The Company has no obligation to provide you with customer support of any kind. However, the Company may provide you with support from time to time, at the Company’s sole discretion. “

RED FLAG!

Section 6.7
“Purchases made via an App Store are subject to such App Store’s refund policies. This means when a Purchase is made through an App Store, we can not guarantee refunds. You will have to contact an App Store support.”

That makes sense but…

Section 6.8
“To the extent permitted by applicable law, Purchases made via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or is required by applicable law”

In other words, you’ll only get a refund through Apple or Google or whichever App Store owner you use IF you make purchases through the app itself.

4.7 is the main reason, along with the reviews which confirm no customer assistance, that I will not be using it. But also the fact that it glitches (if it really is a glitch) as soon as I downloaded it is a major turn off.

Good luck to those of you that don’t care if you’re getting scammed or not because this is 💯 a scam.

I log in daily and my coins never change. I have been stuck at 99 coins for 2 weeks. I tried using the coins to unlock one episode and it doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling installing the app and still the same. My progress is completely stuck, I’m not comfortable putting any money at all into an app that doesn’t work. I have reached out to support, but no response. Which is another strike. I would definitely be very cautious about putting any of your money into this app as it doesn’t seem to be well supported and doesn’t work well at all.
