The ads made it look very good. I really wanted to watch the 2 stories I saw but after reading the reviews I was hesitant. I downloaded the app and right away had trouble moving on the the 2nd episode of The Alpha Mate. I went to the Terms & Conditions. The following that I read made me delete the app.
Section 4.7
“The Company has no obligation to provide you with customer support of any kind. However, the Company may provide you with support from time to time, at the Company’s sole discretion. “
RED FLAG!
Section 6.7
“Purchases made via an App Store are subject to such App Store’s refund policies. This means when a Purchase is made through an App Store, we can not guarantee refunds. You will have to contact an App Store support.”
That makes sense but…
Section 6.8
“To the extent permitted by applicable law, Purchases made via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated herein or is required by applicable law”
In other words, you’ll only get a refund through Apple or Google or whichever App Store owner you use IF you make purchases through the app itself.
4.7 is the main reason, along with the reviews which confirm no customer assistance, that I will not be using it. But also the fact that it glitches (if it really is a glitch) as soon as I downloaded it is a major turn off.

I log in daily and my coins never change. I have been stuck at 99 coins for 2 weeks. I tried using the coins to unlock one episode and it doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling installing the app and still the same. My progress is completely stuck, I’m not comfortable putting any money at all into an app that doesn’t work. I have reached out to support, but no response. Which is another strike. I would definitely be very cautious about putting any of your money into this app as it doesn’t seem to be well supported and doesn’t work well at all.

I have attempted to cancel this account now twice and I have shut off the auto pay like they say too but this did not help. I was charge again yesterday. I have sent messages to customer care email and they have not been helpful either. I never received the 300 coins daily or any other benefits and that’s with checking both the app and online. There is no log in option on either one either. I will have to report it to Apple since I have not allowed this purchase now TWICE!
