If u cannot remove ads, then have a option how to get rid of them. Like paying once a month. There’s a glitch in placing boxes. When I accidentally press the place down button when the box is red the control buttons go away and I’m stuck with a box and not being able to save my progress this needs work on it.

The game is very fun, everything works well on this game. However, There are too many ads. When I go to change the price of something or go to buy items, there is always an ad. They do not let you skip either. It can be about 1 minute long. Please fix these ads.

I loved this game when I first started, I still do but the number of ads and the glitches that happens when you hit the place button on accident when the box is red is getting way to annoying to deal with.
Almost everything or second thing you do ends up in needing to watch an ad first, i understand you guys need to have ads but at the level I've been getting them? Seriously? I was hit with the same long ad 4 times in a row while trying to set prices and order the product. It’s ridiculous the amount bcs it’s slowly becoming less enjoyable.
The glitch when your hit the place button and the box is red is annoying as well, even if you accidentally hit it, you have to reload the game completely and loose any progress you made before.

For the ad situation, I think it would be nice if you put banners or something on the side of the screen of the computer, or have ‘special products or items’ you can add whenever you want that could be worth more in game to improve progression but to get them you have to watch an ad to unlock a box or two depending on the product. It doesn’t have to be a necessary item but an option for players to have.
For the box glitch: this just needs to be patched but there could be an error when the place button is hit or even make it unavailable until the box is in a place a player could put the boxes

But there are a few bugs that stopped me from playing.

The first bug is a male avatar with a white button shirt, red tie, and black pants. After grabbing the first item it freezes causing you to lose that item and have a frozen avatar until you end the day.

Second, which is the most important that disallowed me to continue, after purchasing a mirrored cash register it won't let me place it. The icons to rotate it or drop the item disappear. You cannot continue even after a save causing you to lose the cost of the item you cannot use.

If it weren't for the second bug, I'd give it a higher rating.

I’m addicted to this game but I’ll probably have to stop playing until these issues are resolved as they make the game unplayable at some points.

1: The loans don’t work. No matter how many times you click on them it will not give you the money.

2: You can’t put lights in the storage which makes it impossible to see at night

3: Storage randomly stopped letting me put more racks up so I don’t have enough room to store anything

4: Costumers randomly glitch and just stay frozen for the entire day.

5: The UI is too big for the screen so half of the bottoms are only half way there.

Okay so first off, I LOVE this game but.. there are a few things that should be added to make it better! Here’s a few suggestions:
1. Make the graphics better please, they look off imo.
2. The faces of the people makes them look like there high or something 😭 maybe try working on the faces?
4. Maybe add some decorations/wallpaper where people can customize there store !!

Ok the bugs
1:so many ads like when I try to buy something I get a ad like, price tags, and going in the cash register
2: the graphics of the game are bad the lights are bad when using the card thingy the desk is so bad
3: there are glitches like sometimes when you pick up a box the buttons disappear and you would sometimes can’t look around only walk
Devs fix these issues please

This game would be ten times better if there was an option to buy no ads and it’s not like it’s a crazy thing to ask because what company doesn’t want to make. Not complaining about the game itself but the fact the company doesn’t even want to make money off people paying for no ads and if that was available this game would be a 10/10.

I would say i love the game but i cant really because i barely get to play it when it keeps kicking me out! i only last about a minute then the game kicks me out! i did try to move places from where i was sitting but that didn’t quite work. And yes i agree please fix the loan thing i could have gotten 750$ worth of loan and i didn’t get a chance to cause it kicked me out😡

The game is so addictive and so much fun but there are some bugs that need to be fixed like there are so many adds like you can’t do anything without having to watch them. Also it does not let you take a lone you can tap on it but it won’t do anything, also wen I pick up a box sometimes the control goes away and the only thing you can do is to get out of the game and lose all of your progress seance you saved plus the graphics are terrible they all have tiny faces so that needs to be fixed but otherwise it is a really fun game

I love the fact that this game has so many upgrades for everything but it needs alot of work put into it. I’ll list some out to help the devs.
1) Game graphics on mobile are absolutely horrible it’s like 2/10 so please get the graphics right.
2) the time and money UI are kind of getting out of the screen so slide them in.
3) For picking up items please remove the button, just make it so you have to click the item to pick it up or click the register or computer to use it. Or if you rly do wanna keep the button then put the button on the right side of the screen right beside and walk and jump button and please fix the shape and size of all buttons.
4) I witnessed a bug, a customer basically froze while picking up a bread and ag nearly the end of the day I only had 1 item left in stock which was a bread and no one was buying it maybe because the guy already tryed to grab it and he just froze right there.
5) WAYY TOOO MANYYY ADS

If these things are fixed then this game would be 10/10

This game is pretty entertaining but there is that bug that annoys me where the box gets stuck and my clicks go off and the ads are too many (1 every 1 min). If you can can you please remove some ads and fix that bug with the box?

Started doing pretty good and my store got bigger, but now it won’t let add on storage or anything even thought i’m required level. Also won’t let me take a loan out. My cashiers stand is bugged now and won’t let me cash people out please fix bugs and i’ll change to 5 stars

The game is great very fun don’t get me wrong but the glitch keeps happening to me and I lose
Money and have to pay bills again because of having to restart my game because the box is stuck where I can’t put it down or pick it up so I can’t save the game and have to restart

It won’t let me place a second cash register down. It doesn’t flash red or green to place it and any buttons I press don’t work on it. The lights don’t work in some areas and the fridges and VERY bright. Also with I could take out a loan. Besides these issues, I really enjoy the game so PLEASE fix these issues!!!

The game is great is the closest to the PC version but like everyone else is saying you can’t take out loans, also we need a way to be able to zoom in on the credit card keypad to type and same for the cash register. Boxes do glitch when you try to sit them down they go red and the buttons disappear. This game would be great if they would fix that and the lagging. It has major potential

This game is super fun and very addictive but there is some things that need to be fixed. First is probably one of the worst. When you pick up a box sometimes all of the buttons disappear and you have to close the game and restart the day loosing your progress. Next the lights don’t work very well but the lights in the fridges are super bright. Lastly the loaners don’t work at all. This game is super fun but it would be more fun if these bugs get fixed. Thank you!

The game is very good but the graphics and technical problems affect the game experience. First of all, it does not let me put prices in decimals, which affects me when customers go to buy, then it does not let me put light in the warehouse and the supermarket light does not illuminate the area at all, if I press the button to place the game badly it sticks and does not let you move forward losing the whole process, the collector goes buggy and that sometimes customers get stuck and do not leave. If you change the decimals and the graphs it would be perfect.

It’s a great game and I’m SOOOO happy I can play it on my phone. Maybe afew things to fix. Like the dot in the middle of the screen being bigger. Maybe the shelf tags being alittle bigger and the money and the cards that the customer hands up. Or a butter that makes them bigger or something! Maybeeeee were you can design inside your store! Color for walls, plants, aisle signs that would be cool to! Great game! Ok going now to play it!! Bye
A few bugs- one customer freezes. Can’t put anything on the shelves when you buy the storage. Didn’t get the new update for the phone. Maybe make a - button so if you give the customer to much money you can take it back.

It has lots of potential and it plays like pc version but I have some problems

1 I have to save every like 5 minutes because it randomly kicks me out and I gotta restart the day

2 racks are hard to place

3 loans don’t work

4 Stockers have arms out and float

5 customers get stuck

6 Can’t place lights in storage room

7 can’t place mirrored register

8 can’t rly see in the freezer in daylight hours

9 lights are weird

10 sometimes the sticker gets glitches and boxes end up in store and items that don’t belong on a shelf end up on a shelf

11 when I try to place a box down with out throwing it and accidentally hit the place button when it’s in my hands the screen goes with no buttons so I have to exit the game and restart the day

12 some customer faces don’t look like faces it’s just not good graphics on customers

That’s about it hopefully I don’t have more issues, Honestly if most of this stuff gets fixed I would 100 percent recommend it’s just not rly worth playing untill most gets fixed but it is very fun.

Great game! Have some issues though, the stockers would freeze and would stop stocking, when I would put down a item and miss click the buttons on the screen would disappear, the customer would sometime freeze during open hours of the store. Besides that the game is amazing, please keep updating the game with more amenities. Love playing the game.

So, I’ve been grinding this game a ton and love it but there are major bugs. First off, the lighting in the store is kinda weird as it doesn’t work on the computer area and the lighting on the fridges are very bright. The graphics could use a little work I guess. Loans don’t work when I tried taking out a loan. Sometimes when I try to place a box down and like try to place it down when it’s red, all the buttons disappear making me to close the game and reload it and potentially lose a lot of progress. I can’t close the checkout counter for example if I want to help restock and one of my cashiers take the job instead of them having to come to my register. Also some things are like not solid like when I walk around the city I might fall into the depths for some reason. So please devs if you can fix this, then thank you, if not, I understand.

Not bad of a game it has a lot of bugs not to muchh like them, getting stuck in getting items and has a bug that the box gets stuck in your hand and you can’t do anything ads kind of annoying please reply on the glitches

The game is really fun and entertaining, but I think you need to change it a little bit because the graphics on mobile are really low and also every single time I do something in the game I keep on getting ads so you should probably put no ads purchase

I can play because in the supermarket I get a black line on walls on the shelves, on the products and on the checkouts, and on the cashier. Please ask them to fix this problem but the game is very good, thank you

It’s just a couple of bugs that need fixing. When you wanna move things around in the storage it doesn’t let you place it down right away you have to pay around with opening and closing the box . Also just one character keeps freezing . & it glitches so you have to close the whole app out and go back in . Also you have to keep saving your work every time you do a couple of this because it freezes and then wen you come bac to SupermarketSimulatorGame you have to do everything you had jus restock or rearrange all over again . But other then that I’m on it all the time it’s a lil similar to the same game on steam .

This is a great and fun game! But… every time you try to go on the computer or try to set prices there are ADDS. Also it can be very hard trying to place a rack in the storage room, and my restock workers have there arms out like they are trying to give a hug, but they can still restock. Also tell me why all the people look demonic and messed up. Overall it is a good game and I enjoy it and still play even though there are still bug fixes that need to be done.

I though this game was pretty good at first but this needs to stop every time you click on something a add comes up and not every now and then every time you click! Is so annoying and their not even short and the game keeps freezing and making players lose the progress and when you buy the storage and try to get another employee the employee is T posing and kind of levitating so hopefully they can fix this problem but I genuinely think that they should just make the iPhone version like the PC version

1. The game lighting is not the best 2. The restorers that stock the shelves don’t walk they just float around. 3. The characters are pretty bad looking and one of the customers just freeze when they try to grab something So pls fix everything you have not updated the game for like a month and this is the best supermarket sim game cuz this one is the closest to the pc version so pls update the game thank you.

I thought this game would be a cheap knockoff of the real game coming out August, but this is really good! Would be a five star if you guys fix the glitch that makes it so if you miss a button while holding a box, the game just breaks. If you fix that it’ll be a 10/10!

I really like this game but there is a bug when you try to place a box on the ground the controls on mobile disappear and you have to restart your game without saving your progress so then you have to start all over again.

This is just like the real game and my only complaints is the low graphics tho it’s not that much of a problem and ads there are a lot of ads but not THAT much but if your looking for this game on mobile this is one I recommend

absolutely love this game. It glitches sometimes and the sound goes away however, it only happens when the ads come on I can go price something or go and buy something and an ad block and away and I can’t figure out if SupermarketSimulatorGame has any way we can pay for. No ad it is super annoying but I know I love this game.

I absolutely love this game, but here are some things that need to be fixed in the next update

-Stockers just gliding across the floor instead of having a walking animation

-Lights cannot be put on the ceiling in storage

-racks you put in storage are glitchy and sometimes you’re not able to place them where you want

-you’re not able to apply for a loan like you can press the button, but nothing will happen

-some customers freeze inside of your store

-The lights inside of the store don’t give good lighting

-The fridges need to be dimmed because you can’t see what’s inside of them unless it’s dark

I really love this game and I really can’t stop playing it. But if you could add some updates like the original supermarket game like cleans shoplifters and decorations and stuff like that and maybe some new food types! Overall 10/10 game
