This is Day 4 since I downloaded this app. The pros and cons:
Pros:
- I love how this is a self care app to where it does not feel too clinical or too forceful to accomplish tasks, and it’s an app that you can frequently open. It’s almost as if I am playing a game.
- The concept is very cute and aesthetically fun.
- Able to chat to your adopted cat and the responds are exactly what you needed to hear since I’m the type of person who is unable to understand what’s going on mentally or emotionally.
Cons:
- Some daily tasks continue to pop out even though you entered them as “completed”, no matter how many times I tried to change the schedule, it will appear as if I haven’t completed the tasks.
- the AI journal is great, but it can feel like there’s no end conversation, it loops and will continue to ask almost the same questions and almost no closures.
- Beware, before agreeing to do the free-trial, the app did notify me that they were going to send me a notification before they charge me for subscription however that was not the case. I looked through my messages, emails, etc. no notification from developers, but there’s no notification regarding to my free trial ending and was automatically charged the yearly subscription.
I’m still going to continue using the app and give this a 2.0 star review. Once the developer, able to fix some of the issues, then I’ll reconsider my review.

I love this app and it has helped me so much, especially the journal setting. But I just completed an entry and there was an upsetting update. My favorite part of doing the journal was getting my insight at the end. It was really helpful to hear my feelings wrapped up so concisely. But now the language is changed and sounds very impersonal and clinical. It changed from sounding like Callie was speaking to you, to it being Callie speaking about you. It changed from “you’ve been feeling” to “the user has been feeling”. It was honestly an awful blow after writing my entry. Normally I’m not one to leave a review for anything. My only reason for writing is in hopes my feedback is heard, not to discourage anyone from getting the app

So all in all i love the app, it offers a LOT in comparison to when i first got it, in kind of amazed at its growth. When the app was new, there was a premium option but you had to send an email to request cancellation … i think asked for cancellation but i never received a confirmation. I don’t want to pay for premium again if i had already paid it once, but i’m also not sure how to sift through my transactions to find out, and/or if still within the one year that if it still applies or not, just generally confused about that. All in all love everything else, there was just confusion in the beginning (wouldn’t happen now it appears) :)
