Order Number 35112533. I e-mailed earlier this week to request a refund for this item as it had not been received. I am pleased to say I now have it. It had been delivered to a different village but the recipient took time to trace me and pass it on.
Order/Inv ID:- 35112533. This item has not been delivered. Please re-send or credit my account. Yodel tracking number:- JD0002231324889777. Tell me it has been delivered, but it has not. Very disappointing as we like the BadRhino brand.
I have returned 2 items but only received the refund for one. I have been emailing and getting no joy, please issue my second refund urgently as this is becoming very frustrating. I wanted to order from you again but this experience has put me off its just way to much hassle. My order numbers are BR105-8687-0863 and BR105-9637-9060 (what makes it worse if that the 1st item faulty so I had to reorder a replacement)
