Contact Zombie io Support

I’m on WiFi and on mobile data and it still says no connection please try again. I force close the game and restart multiple times and still the same issue. Reason for my rating is that I can’t connect to my account and play.

I recently downloaded [Zombie io] with high hopes of enjoying some quality gaming time. However, my experience with the app was far from satisfactory. Upon launching the game, I encountered persistent technical issues that prevented me from actually playing. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot and re-launch the app, the same problem persisted, leaving me unable to fully experience what [zombie io] had to offer. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the initial excitement I had when downloading the game. In addition to the technical issues, the lack of responsiveness from the app’s support team only exacerbated the problem. Despite reaching out for assistance, I received no helpful resolution or guidance on how to address the issue. Overall, my experience with this game was extremely disappointing. While the concept and potential of the game may be promising, the current state of the app leaves much to be desired. The game always waits out and says connection failed each and every time. I have reinstalled the game. Deleted the game twice and reinstalled it for it to work. Even shut my phone off. My phone isn’t even old it’s a iPhone 14 Pro Max so it should run without any issues, so it’s something the developers have done on accident where certain people can’t play the game. Please fix it I had good hopes for the game but this just made it worse :/ plus I saw a comment about someone not getting their pre register rewards. I as well pre registered and hope we will be able to get our things that was promised to us for free, as advertised.
