Have been playing a good bit since it released and I have been loving it. It feels very good, the combat is fun, the characters are interesting with unique abilities, and the story so far has been genuinely interesting. I am honestly surprised because I usually just skip through the story in games to get to the gameplay faster, but the pacing of it is great. So far I have felt no pressure or need to spend money, although I did decide to buy some things to support the developers. My only real complaint is the quest that makes you exchange gold for onyx 3 times making you spend 30 gold and only get 5 back doesn't seem fair or worth it and I feel should be removed or improved. I am super excited to see where the game goes and will update the review as I progress further and further. I also have one last suggestion, the replay feature as of now is pretty cool for focusing item sets but its a bit tedious replaying the levels, I would suggest maybe adding a feature to skip the battle, a lot of games have this and will allow a skip either just for free or some will have tokens that you can get through playing that will skip a battle.

For a new pixel game with this kind of action, I’m pretty impressed, especially since these types of games don’t really exist as much or really any more. Thank you for making this game! I hope to see some more amazing events and updates happening soon! :D

Haven’t been able to play the game. It will load to the title screen then when you touch the screen to start the game it crashes. If I ever get to play I will change my review. I’m on an iPad 6th gen running iOS 16.3. I get to the catastrophe screen then on the next one looks like it’ll load game then it kicks me from the game. Hope it can be fixed really want to try the game.

So I’ve played for about half a hour and the story, graphics, gameplay and free range is just ✨🤌✨. I hope the devs keep it up and going cuz I’m absolutely loving the gameplay. Just diamond in the rough martirial.

I appreciate all the hard work that went into this game. I did not really enjoy it though. It was very basic, like 1983. Everything was so small, very basic and the graphics were not really enjoyable.

Sleeper hit game. Pixel design looks amazing. Story elements so far are spot on. Customization, affection ratings with characters side quests, equipment advances and so much more! This game is a must play for those RPG fans!

Only one q: how do we change language?

Could have been good. Instead it’s the same old quest-grinding, chest-grinding loot chase full of the same old gamification features we’ve all seen a million times.

They’re not really games anymore. They’re just a fancy waste of time.

This game very fun requires you to think about moves with skills, and real time too!

I can’t move forward because my backpack is full but I cannot find a way to delete or remove junk gear.

The maker is too picky, the gold bars are given a few bites, and it takes hundreds of equipment to draw a lot, and the probability is also problematic, it's really rubbish. There is also no newbie server opening event

The current score right now (4.0) is ridiculously low for what it should be. Should have been a 4.8-4.9 score. Hopefully it adjusts to that. Not sure how it got bombed so bad.

This game is actually (at least by my time of playing) well crafted with a fun setting, enjoyable story, interesting gameplay. It just feels like the devs put effort into it. I’d definitely try it.

I’m truly impressed by how good this game is. I picked it up because the graphics and animations looked neat, very “Metal Slug” style, but it turns out the combat is well thought out and genuinely interesting (sort of a hybrid between tactical and action combat), the story is fun, the characters are enjoyable, and there’s quite a bit of variety in the activities to take on. The monetization really isn’t bad either, I’m pretty surprised by that. It also throws a good amount of gear and resources at you via daily activities and just over time via boxes and side quests and such. I’m not sure just how much content there is, or what’s planned for the future, but I gotta say this game is a real gem so far and appears to have plenty to do for a good long time. Nice job, guys.

As the title states. That and my review has been deleted multiple times. Not sure why. I use a iPad 9th gen and latest iPad Pro. Happens on both. Also scars third quest with the flashback crashes every time you enter combat. The customization of hero’s is pretty deep every gear part changes the units appearance.

The game looks good and I would like to play it but I can’t even load the gameplay on my phone it crashes the moment the game starts after the main menu

The game is pretty intuitive but seriously make a training area and use the guide the improve combat skills. The slow game pace with the clunky training at first makes it not fun.

Immediately obvious that lots of love went into
the making of this game.
Great art style and characters.
Meaningful battle system with some depth.
Heartfelt story.
A+ all around.

Nice start but slows down to a crawl after the first area. You need to grind or pay to get pass battles. Fun for the first day or two then move on.

I was drawn by the pixel art and the action RPG and it does not disappoint. Cool story. Great characters. Amazing art. Fun loot. It seems so simple but to have the characters change with the gear equipped really makes the game. Good job. Devs are responsive on X and Discord too. Love it.

Title says it all. The game holds your hand for so long - I just got tired of it. Slow as heck! Is that the whole game? Basically a semi interactive story? I honestly can't figure out when the game is going to open up if at all?

It says that memory management has been fixed, but i still get crashes every time the first cutscene starts. Before that, the game looks great, has positive reviews, and I’d hate to give it a 1 star review because it didnt work for me, so my review is for what I’ve seen so far. I hope crashes can be fixed. I tried getting rid of data but that didn’t work and the farthest of been able to get in the cutscene is when that guy parachutes down after a ship lands. I hope this helped and that the issue can be resolved, as the game looks amazing. Thanks! -theManInBlue

This is the type of mobile game I’ve been looking for. This is a game with good background story for each character, and they all come along nicely. You don’t have to pay to enjoy it, but if you could, you can buy some random buffs, to encourage the devs to make better games like this one.

I absolutely love the game! I have had two problems recently 1. When upgrading one thing it just continued to use my onyx and not level up. 2. I enhanced three items and they reverted back to the lower star after I played a replay mode. They are trying to correct or find the reason now.

UPDATE: I got to the werewolf boss fight. It’s listed as a level 21 fight but he easily all killed my level 32 heroes with very good gear. The game is definitely balance issues which I am hoping will be ironed out. Will update in a little bit PROS: very fun, basic gameplay like the battle Heart series; characters are endearing, and stories is quite good; gear sets allow for lots of different tactics, also mixing and matching characters. overall game loop is fun. CONS: The battle pass also gains levels incredibly slow compared to other similar games making it only be able to be completed by the most hard-core of players; IAP to double rewards is false-dud not double;it is possible to get completely stuck on a side quest. I was stuck in the hooligan cave for two full days, despite having paid money to upgrade characters and things. It took way too much grinding, and luck to finally beat the boss. In the meantime, I was stuck and couldn’t progress the main story. There was no indication at this quest was much higher level than the other quest, and once you started your locked in. this is a huge and frustrating oversight by the devs. In other words, it’s just easier to quit the game that traps you than wait days; there is a lack of social media platform like a sub, Reddit or discord for the game. It would be nice to discuss tactics with the players and hear from the Devs. TLDR: cute characters, nice storyand great gameplay loop ruined by balance issues (wait forever or pay hundreds), and quests, which give no indication of how difficult they are, and when started have no way to escape. The game definitely needs more tweaking. hopefully the developers will step up to the plate as it has a lot of potential.

Can’t figure out how to switch to hard difficulty in replay mode. Your discord link doesn’t work. Not sure why it’s so difficult to figure out and why there’s no information or if the “easy” button just doesn’t work to switch, unclear. Was enjoying it until this frustrating issue that I can’t find an answer to anywhere and have to post a review.

It’s a great game. I like it. I would like to know if dev consider to further support the game, adding more content (new characters, new systems etc). And making it a live service game.
