Wow I can’t believe they will not refund me for an entire year’s subscription that I did not intend on purchasing. I cancelled my subscription less than 12 hours over the three-day free trial, gave my reasoning and submitted my response. They refused a refund even though I did not use the app outside of the free trial period!
