I’ve spent the last 24 hours trying to open an account. I get messages such as “User Purches Fail” (sic) and “Network Failure”. Emailed app support twice and got no response.
I’ll review again if I ever get it to work.

The app offered “Lifetime Access” for free on 1 June 2024. Having selected this option as part of initial onboarding, I tried to complete that transaction in the App Store. It immediately went into a continuously-pinning progress indicator. After several minutes in that state, I gave up and deleted the app and reinstalled it. The onboarding began as before; but every time thereafter, it gave me a purchase failed notification and kept me on that page. So I have no basis to give other than the lowest rating. Hopefully, the developer can fix the problem and get back to me.
