Hey everyone. This app is frustratingly not looked over. There are so many errors in the programming of this game. I just paid for something that said it was $1.99 and got charged $8.99. There are many spelling errors and sometimes when you do things to earn rewards, either the instructions are incredibly unclear or they just don’t give them to you. Save yourself the time and frustration.

I’ve been playing this game for a little while. I’ve spent money on the game, which seems to have been a mistake.

The card sets are almost impossible to complete. There doesn’t seem to ever be an event to trade golds. It’s fun to spin and not take too seriously.

And I don’t take it too seriously, but I traded cards and completed two sets and never got the rewards for them. Nothing showed up. I refreshed the game twice, but still did not get the rewards. I completed Penguin and Naughty Cat, but didn’t earn the rewards for completing.

Then even worse, I tried to use the customer service button, but only got a nonsensical response from the bot. There doesn’t seem to be any option to contact an actual person. I’m really unhappy with this game. I was fine sending money to support a small game just starting out so the developers could fund the growth of the game. But I’m very disappointed by the complete lack of a comprehensive support bot. The options for assistance are very small, and it’s not responsive to actual questions.

Every time I jump on the game I have to reconnect to Facebook every single time. The game also won’t allow me to change my photo and the name. It doesn’t say my name and I would like it to so it’s easier for my friends to find me. There also needs to be an easier way to add people because it’s only showing two friends in my social media. Please fix everything and I’ll rate higher and change my rating.
