Doesn’t allow me to do it the way I want to i.e to line up the cubes however I choose to do it that still accomplishes the same winning order.

It’s fun for the first few levels, then it’s constant ads. And a half of the time ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame opens a webpage with a phishing scam saying “Your phone has been compromised.”

Game not letting out

So yes, the constant ads in between levels are extremely obnoxious. I get that the devs have to make money somehow, so whatever. I’ve played plenty of mobile games and I will deal with it as long as the game itself is worth it, which at first I thought this one was.

However, there are frequent and numerous levels that are literally unsolvable unless you use hints or extra spaces. A level with hidden blocks essentially turns into a guessing game and getting lucky that you’ve moved the correct one. Which, in my opinion, negates the whole point of skill-based play. Sure, you can use a hint to uncover an extra block, but you are only given 3 free hints for the ENTIRETY of your PLAYTHROUGH. Not 3 for each level, but the entire game. So guess what? Every time you encounter one of those levels you either just have to get lucky or watch an ad to get more hints. It’s ridiculously dirty and downright greedy, so after a while of just guessing every time I got fed up and uninstalled.

Wayyyy too many ads. Every round is an ad. I deleted ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame .

I don’t think I’ve ever played an app game that crams so many advertisements for scam games than this one here. Whether you complete a level, reset a level, or need an extra space to clear a level you get slapped in the face with a 30+ second advertisement and usually the ads they force you to watch make you lose brain cells. If I see another advertisement crammed down my throat for Solitaire Cash I will completely off myself!

The first 10 lvls or so of this game are fun and swift! However after that there is an ad between every lvl, or if you go back to your game after exiting there’s an ad, there’s just ads at every chance given which makes a fun quick game more watching ads then playing. I’d love to give this game a better review as it’s a lot of fun but I haven’t been able to play much due to the amount of time I’ve spent on ads now. I understand ads are a way to make money and support an app however this just feels greedy and unnecessarily time consuming.

The game is fun but every level you must chose the option for a free space. You then have to watch a 30 second ad to get the free space. Then after you beat the level, you have to watch another 5-10 second ad. I get it, I know it’s a free app and relies on ads so they can make money, but please have the ad AFTER you complete a level and have it 5-10 seconds long. It literally takes 2 minutes to beal one level. It is a fun game but way too many ads.

I would LOVE this game IF only it didn’t FORCE you to sit through a long add every time in order to advance.

You can’t even exit out of ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame and come back to it in order to get around watching the add. If you do so- like you can with other games- when you open the game again you still can’t move forward until you sit through the ENTIRE add.

Because if this- I’m deleting the game and have no desire to ever revisit it. I’d rate zero stars if I could.

Every single level ends with an ad. Need to reset the level? Ad. I understand choosing to watch ads for features like undo, or additional empty spaces. But you could at least give the option to pay a couple of bucks for ad free regular play. I’m going back to Water Sort which I highly recommend, bc I was able to pay for ad free, and only watch ads for “cheats”.

Seriously, I played 3 rounds that were guided and you are asking me to rate you. Let a person get into the game 20 -30 rounds and then ask, if you must. I’m playing it ain’t I? so something must have intrigued me. The only thing worse is when a game keeps asking after you have reviewed their game. I know first world problems, but those problems got cha’ a 1 star review ~congratulations!!!!!

I had high hopes for *Colorwood Sort*, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The game feels repetitive after just a few levels, offering little challenge or excitement as you progress. The controls are clunky, and the sorting mechanics are poorly designed, leading to unnecessary frustration rather than an enjoyable puzzle experience.

Worse yet, the ads are incredibly intrusive, popping up constantly and breaking the flow of the game. It feels more like a cash grab than a genuinely fun puzzle game. The graphics and sound design are nothing special either, making the overall experience feel cheap.

I wouldn’t recommend *Colorwood Sort* to anyone looking for a quality puzzle game. There are far better options out there.

Relaxing game but to many ads, after you finish a level what’s your reward watching another ad, need to start over watch an ad. In ad revenue alone they probably got 4k from me being forced to watch ads in less than a month. The farther you progress the more ads.

I made a complaint about this game because of the DISGUSTING ADS WITH INNUENDOS. Pay very close attention to the age rating because it’s not for the game, it’s for the ads, and if you bring it up to their POOR customer service, all you get is a “well sorry, you did sign the customer agreement.” Do better. Give people who don’t want to watch cartoon characters going down on each other an alternative ad stream. It’s a shame because the game is decent but they killed it with the over played ads. And who wants to pay for relief from watching cartoon characters do it. Save your time and get a game that’s worth while and doesn’t make you watch *corn.

Not only does this game run ads 100% of the time across the bottom of your screen. But you also have to suffer through a 10-30 second ad after every stage you play. The first 5-10 stages they don't do this, but once you hit stage 10, prepare to spend far more time watching ads, rather than playing. It takes about 15-20 seconds to complete a stage at this level and sometimes f do ovule that time watching ads just to get to the following stage. It's obnoxious and it clearly does not respect the players time.

Most people would be happy to support a developer that creates a fun game. This game isn't bad per se, but it's more of an ad watching simulator than a game. It's a terrible practice that far too many developers use these days. Don't waste you're time here, unless you enjoy having your time wasted.

Yr game have a problem. Need to fix the problem for the game. I’m always cutting my phone off every time this game comes on so there’s something wrong with the game it please fix it please thank you

I would love to actually play the game, but after every level, ads.. the levels are super short, so every 20 second level is followed by a 30sec-1minute ad that you can’t skip.. if you restart the level you get stuck watching another ad.. really wish they would make it with 1 ad every 3-5 levels, for boosters, and no ads for restarting a level..
I downloaded this to make money on free cash and I’m about to delete it, because the ads are soooo excessive

I literally just downloaded this game to earn cash on Swagbucks. I’m past my 30 days now so I’m uninstalling. It’s ok as a time waster even though it is the same thing over and over again, but the amount of ads they make you watch (one every time you want one extra space and after every single level) is beyond ridiculous.

So I originally picked the game up as one of those “play game, earn money” apps, but it quickly became a way for me to chill after work. The tactile feedback and animations are really satisfying, and breaking through a difficult level feels genuinely rewarding. However, the nonstop ads are too much. I understand gamedevs have to run ads to actually make money off these free games, but you have to view an ad every time you restart a level (which you’ll do a lot on hard levels) or begin a new level. Whatever. They’re usually limited to 5 seconds. I can deal with that. It’s annoying I can’t play while listening to music without Royal Match or Totally Real Win Real Money Solitaire!!!!! yelling in my airpods but whatever.

But what’s frustrating is that the game, seemingly anticipating people turning on airplane mode to get around this, is always online and will not let you play offline. So if you want to play it on the subway or on a plane or in the middle of nowhere, all places that are perfect for microgaming… nope! The overabundance of ads makes a fun and relaxing game feel genuinely scummy and like a money grab. I and many other people would gladly pay five bucks for ad free gaming in this great game. Please implement it!!

I really love this game. The puzzles are engaging and challenging. I also love how simple it is. No fluff just the game. But the Ads are crazy. Way more than other free games. I have played free games on phones and computers and I have never had this many Ads. I would 100% pay a decent price for no Ads. But even if you have Ads make it every 5 levels or every 10 min of playing. Not every fricken level. It’s insane.

I really really enjoy this game, but I finish levels so quickly and after every single level there ads. Seriously SOOOO MANY ads.

I’m playing this game because it’ll get me money in another app. I honestly think I have watched more ads than actually playing the game. Finish a level EVERY LEVEL… 30 second ad.. need to go back… 30 second ad… want an extra space… 30 second ad…

I feel like this game is receiving money from all the other apps recommending this game…. I’m sure if this game just did a small get rid of ad fee many more people will keep playing than stopping at the level they need to reach for the money app.

I would love to keep playing this game but once I reach the level I need I’ll be deleting ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame . I’m sorry but there are just too many ads that it’s not enjoyable.

There is simply no excuse for

1. The number of ads
2. The duration of the ads
3. The games being advertised being obvious scams as outlined in the reviews for them
4. The ads being as poorly done as they are

There are too many other sorting games with fewer/less obnoxious ads, or the option to pay for permanent ad removal to make using this one even remotely worth it.
“The ads keep ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame free” ok but it’s not “free” because if you need things to beat levels, the options are either sit through a long grueling and cringe ad for a sketchy game making wild claims about making thousands per month playing a free solitaire game that sometimes freeze ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame entirely causing you to have to reopen ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame , go to the level, and watch the ad again because you didn’t get credit for a 2 minute animated loop you finally force closed, or else start the level over - oh wait, that requires an ad, too!

This is a very well designed and pretty app, so it gets a star for that. However, it loses the rest of the stars for basically everything else. As others have said, it’s overrun with ads. I love these types of games where you rearrange blocks/balls so I have several and play them all. Most of them give you 5 undos at each level. This one gives you 5 for the entire game. If you run out, you have to watch even more ads to get 1 extra undo. And they never give you anymore free ones for as long as you play the game. Okay, whatever, I got over that, I would just restart the level instead of undoing when I got stuck. That worked for a while, but then they started making “stages”. These are just the same thing as levels but they arbitrarily decide to make 3 different levels as part of 1 level, so let’s say you get stuck at the 3rd “stage” of a level, you also have to redo the last 2 stages. This is completely unnecessary and clearly only there to force you to watch more ads if you don’t want to replay the last 3 levels over and over. I totally get that ads are how these games make money and completely respect that. But at some level, these tactics to make you watch more and more ads become very obviously scummy and manipulative. I feel like I’m just watching a series of ads with an occasional game in between. When other games are able to give you the same thing with less ads, it’s clear that this game is just a money grab with no regard for user experience.

Love the game a lot. However I can’t stand an ad after every single level. I just don’t have the time to wait for all these ads it cuts my play time in two. I so wish there was an option to buy to opt out of ads, until then I just don’t have the time or patience.

Up until I hit level 427. I have really enjoyed this game. I probably spent over an hour completing 427 hoping that maybe the locked column would only be unusable for a round every now and then but no the next level has it too. This has really spoiled my fun.

What I don't understand is how come we can't open one of the lock boxes when you stuck instead of having to reset and lose winning streak and I doesn't tell you if you win anything you just keep going level by level and nothing else unless you get stuck like me up on 47

The game being free is a big plus with the tradeoff of the presence of lots of ads. That’s all well and good, but the problem is that probably a third of the ads play in full then go black-screen and you can’t advance. I have to shut the game down and reload, then watch the ad AGAIN. It’s a lot of wasted time.

Ads are required to open the extra row required to complete level. I have tried every possible combination of movement without using the row and the level cannot be completed without it. You are forced to watch ads to get the row open, but it isn’t giving an option to watch an ad. Playing for credit in another app, but can’t complete required missions. Very frustrating.

The gameplay is good, the sound effects of the wooden blocks are satisfying. The game is fun and enjoyable however there’s more ads than there is gameplay. You constantly have a banner ad at the bottom and another ad after each level. The ads are skippable at least, but they’re still annoying as there’s too many of them.

It’s a fun game but it would make my phone so hot and destroys my battery. I would play two levels and it was already too hot. I’ve played other games that have done this and others that have had no affect on my battery so it’s definitely something to do with the game itself.

I am absolutely obsessed with this game but the amount of ads are horrendous. Can’t even play it without internet and you can’t skip out on the ads even when closing ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame out. I get running ads but 30 seconds after every single round that takes me a few seconds to complete is absolutely ridiculous. I love the game but the ads are far too annoying. Ended up deleting the ads because it’s so overwhelming

So far, I love the game. However, there seems to be no way for me to earn new hints or reverses or keys to help me if I get stuck. I’ve already made it to level 28 and I’m down to one each and I’ve made through each level without having to repeat anything and I sit through each and every ad but then when I get to the new level l, nothing. What’s the point of playing if I don’t earn anything? Please fix this. So yeah, I’m giving three stars until this is fixed.

I love the graphics and feel of the game play and the streak tracking is a fun personal challenge. What I can’t stand however are the ads. I’m happy to pay to get rid of ads and ONLY downloaded this game because it said it had in app purchases to allow ad free gaming. Once I downloaded I quickly realized this was a lie and they have forced ads after every other level. It’s ridiculous

This game is a lot of fun especially if you love puzzles. The only thing I’d like them to do is use the streak counter as a way to “purchase” power ups. For example: if you get 5 levels in a row without restarting you get 5 points to use for power ups. 5 points could result in 1 key power up instead of having to watch adds all the time. Watching adds all the time is a bit annoying. Other than that I enjoy this game with my morning coffee.

I love these types of games but the number of ads for this one is ridiculous. I end up going back to an old sort puzzle favorite that offers an ad-free paid option. If ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame had the same option, I would gladly take it.

The game itself is ok, as others have said it has many ads which pop up all the time, the main thing that made me give it only stars is the ads that pop up constantly and the restart level button. I had a straight streak and lost it 3 times because the restart level button is in such a weird spot in the top right corner, this button should be in a menu not on the main page.

If your like me think that sorting stacks of 4 is incredibly easy and gets boring after 5 levels. This is not the game for you. I got fooled by one of their ads thinking this game was stacks of 6-8 and can confirm it’s stacks of 4. And you only get 1 coin for completing a level when the power ups are 30+ coins.

I enjoy this game and would be willing to pay for an ad-free version.
This game offers no way to eliminate forced ads, so it gets deleted from my phone.

Firstly, the game is enjoyable, relaxing, and works well. This would be a 5 star game if it were not for the lack of a paid version without ads or an in-game micro-transaction to remove ads. I would happily pay for either. As it stands I stopped playing it due to the long ads at the end of ever level.

I did as you asked, no $1 payout. Game is warmed over others I have played. Your not paying is misleading and disappointing as set my timer for 2 minutes twice.

Challenging but tends to get boring after a while. Everything seems to work correctly. Graphics are nice. Great colors. It’s not one of my favorite kind of games.

Really addicting and fun game. Only issue is if you can’t move any blocks on a level and exit ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame , when you come back the level is in the same spot but the restart button is grayed out. So you are forced to use a power up to get through the level. Even if you go back to the lobby and re-enter the level, you’re still stuck with no possible moves and no way to restart. I don’t use the power ups at all unless this glitch happens, but idk how I will progress when I run out of powerups. Would love to see this resolved :)

It was fun when I first started playing, but after 200 levels of the same thing, I got bored. I went through it in a day.

Fun game, keeps you thinking. I would love it if it weren’t for the constant ads. There’s no reason to have an ad when you win a game. I absolutely hate that it freezes sometimes and I really hate that if you accidentally press the reset button, you can’t X out. It’ll reset your game with no confirmation.

I love this game, but there are far too many ads that are so long. After every level I’m getting an ad and it drags on forever it seems like. When I get the exit button on the ad, it then brings up ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame Store for me to download the game that the ad is promoting and then I have to exit that and then sometimes wait again for the ad to finish playing to attempt to exit it again. I don’t mind some ads and ads that are quick, but that’s not the case on this game. Again, I LOVE this game, I just wish the ads could be cut back a little or at least shortened.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this game deserves one! I love the block style and when I first saw the ads for it. I go into these things with a grain of salt. This is everything the ad showed me and then some! Love it when a developer puts out an ad that is truthful for once. I don’t mind the ads because there are far fewer on this one than on some of the subpar trash ones. You guys are awesome and this is really a good app to destress on.

The ads are a bit annoying, 1 ad after every level and optional ads for perks. BUTTT this game is so good! It’s an easy peasy game that is perfect for a road trip or something to play when you have downtime. I’m almost to level 400 and I’ve beat every level on the first try.. so if you’re looking for something more challenging than this is probably not your game!

I get and understand the needs for ads for free play….but does there really have to be one LITERALLY before AND after each level?!?! I think the developers of this game can do better than that! Just my 2 cents on this

I have started playing this game and there is no more then one add every few round wich is way better then the other apps I have and my internet is horrible but I can still play it properly and it also improves my problem solving skills as well wich makes me feel proud of my self ColorwoodSortPuzzleGame is a awesome app I really recommend it!

I love this game, the noises and habits help with my sensory issues, but there are a lot of ads, when I tried looking for a no ads option (since I genuinely enjoyed the game and was willing to pay to remove ads), I couldn’t find it. I was confused until I read the reviews saying the same thing. Maybe add a remove ads feature?

I am on level 150. Usually, I hit a level much earlier where I get frustrated and delete a game. I want challenging bur relaxing, not frustrating. I am really enjoying the game. I don’t mind the ads. It is good for me to pause and look up from my phone!

I started this game for one of those game for cash apps, but kept it longer. It’s so relaxing and I can spend so much time on it. I love that there are no lives or time limits. It’s one of my favorite games now!

i only downloaded this game about an hour ago but i love it. its really relaxing and i havent gotten a ridiculous amount of ads; if anything, less ads than most mobile games. i dont get why so many people are complaining? unless they updated the game in response to feedback about too many ads. if so, awesome job and thank you so much for actually listening to feedback! either way, i dont have an issue with the ads in this game and i would recommend!

I love this game. It is a lot of fun. You don’t have to pay for boosters. You watch ads in order to receive them. My only complaint is that there are too many ads. You have to watch an ad after every game. I wish that the game had an ad free version which players could purchase if they chose to do so.
