I keep on ketting server error why what is wrong with the app I love all the games on the app but I seem to have problems to connect to the app please help I want to play my games again thanks
For the past 4 days or more it won't allow me to get on the app, it says they're having technical issues and the server is not connecting my wifi is on and connected. But it still won't allow me to get on the app. I want to know why and what's going on.

I need to change my email address. I can't get my money transfered to paypal untill i change my password. How are who do i need to talk to.
My points had not been converted in the past 10 days. I would like to know why. I can't hit the cash out button cause once the timer hits 0 it starts again without converting.. why? I have never had a problem at all and I've played the games for many months!

I am a paranoid recluse whos's on disability, I h=never leave the house and had been trying to find a way to pass time and hopefully make a bit of money on the side. I had been playing Bestplay games for quite awhile and really enjoying the water sort puzzle one. I was extremely happy cause I had legitimately been able to cash out more than once and thought I finally found a game true to their word. I was devastated when I logged in on May 15th to a message saying "Your account has been banned for suspicious activity" I have no idea what I could have possibly done wrong and contacted them about it....heard nothing and tried again on May 23rd, still nothing. If I can't get my account back the least they could do is tell me what suspicious activity I have done to warrant a ban :,(
Have a new account with best play for a little over 2 days now now seeing my account's on pause and under review please fix this problem cuz it shouldn't be

I wrote on the review page about Mistplay nit opening games. Guves me error codes and asks if I'm connected to internet. Yes I am!I'm sitting at home. Connected to internet. Please advise why the games won't load. I have money built up I don't want to loose!thanks for a prompt reply

I thought this app was legit because they actually paid me unlike some of the other apps, but then I got a message that my account was banned for suspicious activity. I have done nothing wrong. I guess this is what they do to keep from paying you. Don’t waste your time with this app, they will ban you so they won’t have to pay you.

My account was banned for no reason. When I look at the reviews for your app you all have done this to multiple people. You also don't give anyone a legitimate response or explanation. The generic response that you give people in the review section is unacceptable. Instead of lying and accusing people of things they didn't do, why not just own up to your dishonesty. You are hurting innocent people who just want to make a few extra bucks. As far as I am concerned, the only suspicious activity is coming from your end. If you don't want to pay people, stop making apps that say you will.

I played on this app for one day and immediately I was banned for absolutely no reason. I even emailed the company and they never replied back, yet you guys answered a question on(My account has been blocked) on the F.A.Q section stating “If your account has been blocked, please be aware that we take fraud prevention seriously in order to maintain a fair and secure gaming environment. If you believe that your account has been flagged mistakenly, please contact our support team for further assistance.” LITERALLY WORD FOR WORD!!!!! NOW THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO WHY YOU GUYS CANT HELP PEOPLE WHO WERE MISTAKENLY BANNED!!!! I REALLY LOVED THIS APP BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY RUBBISH AND AREN’T STICKING BY THE RULES AND THE PROTOCOLS. YOU GUYS SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. WANT EVERYONE TO USE YOUR APP BUT DON’T EVEN WANNA ASSIST ANYONE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF YOU. DEFINITELY DON’T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS SATISFIED. TSSSS

I downloaded this app on my phone and my iPad. It says you can have 3 accounts but you can really only have one. I wanted to play on my phone while I wasn’t at home and play on my iPad when i am home. I cashed out on my phone and then got home and my account on my iPad has been disabled which is my preferred device to play on. I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back. I just want to be able to play on my iPad and i will delete it from my phone. Don’t download this app on two different devices, you are only allowed one account even though it says you can have 3. I really hope i can get my iPad account back. But it DOES pay instantly. My money gets to my PayPal account in just a couple minutes.
