Why can I play best play

I am a paranoid recluse whos's on disability, I h=never leave the house and had been trying to find a way to pass time and hopefully make a bit of money on the side. I had been playing Bestplay games for quite awhile and really enjoying the water sort puzzle one. I was extremely happy cause I had legitimately been able to cash out more than once and thought I finally found a game true to their word. I was devastated when I logged in on May 15th to a message saying "Your account has been banned for suspicious activity" I have no idea what I could have possibly done wrong and contacted them about it....heard nothing and tried again on May 23rd, still nothing. If I can't get my account back the least they could do is tell me what suspicious activity I have done to warrant a ban :,(

Banned for no reason

I have used this app for a day now and was having fun, have not tried to cash out or anything yet though. So I went to go to work and my phone changed from my WiFi to my cellular data and I am banned now for no apparent reason. I will update this review if or when customer service fixes this. Developer reached out to me with no resolution to this at all. They basically said you could be banned for anything and left it at that. They gave no reason why and literally have no reason as to why I should have been banned because I did nothing at all to be banned. Fraudulent company that just wants your ad clicks and then ban you.

Worst way to make a few bucks

Literally only do this if you fully intend to play these games for fun. I'm just testing different apps to see who's who and what's what and this is by far the worst. The amount of money that they pay for four hours is a joke. I followed their instruction and switched games every 15 minutes and it just did not add up to anything. If you're going to play these games anyways, then it's not a bad deal because you'll just make a few cents while you do it but if you're trying to make a few bucks on the side, it'll take you couple days to add up to anything!

Impossible to earn extra cash!

I downloaded the bestplay app plus the games so I could earn some extra cash, to help with bills and food. After a couple of days my only bestplay account was banned for some kind of suspicious activity, when all I was doing was playing a game through bestplay. Yes I played all of the games through bestplay too, on one device with only one bestplay account (my boyfriend can testify that I have only one bestplay account too). I have contacted the playvalve developers/customer support 4 times and never heard anything back from them. This makes me very unhappy and upset that I am not able to earn any extra cash through the bestplay app. I gave this app 1 star cuz I'm not going to play another single playvalve game/app again. In fact I'm never going to suggest anything that has to do with playvalve to another living person again! I am disabled and playing games help me. I was excited when I found something that was helping me earn some extra money while I enjoy playing some games. Guess I was wrong. And don't tell me that playvalve takes fraud seriously cuz I already know that but every time I try to contact anyone with playvalve, they don't have the decency to reply to me or my complaints. All I get is "thank you for your feedback." and that's it. Ugh
