I have been playing Happy Clinic and the app is not updating when I finish a level with a reward, I have not received several awards for several levels. For example, the last reward i got was for completing level 150, at level 200 the reward was $2.50 I did not receive, also on level 250 I was to receive $3.00, which i have not received. I am also missing rewards from another game, Sunshine Island. Whats up with your ap?

Hi BESTPLAY Support, I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my coin-to-cash conversion rate. I had around 1,314,000 coins and noticed my balance was only $0.13. I was originally playing on an Android device with the region set to Morocco. Recently, I changed my device region to Estonia, restarted the phone, cleared the app data, and reinstalled BESTPLAY. However, my account and balance remained the same, and the conversion rate didn’t seem to change. I’ve heard that in Estonia, the conversion rate is more favorable — around 300,000 to 400,000 coins per $1 — so I wanted to ask if the region change should have affected my balance or if there’s something else I need to do. I am a paranoid recluse whos's on disability, I h=never leave the house and had been trying to find a way to pass time and hopefully make a bit of money on the side. I had been playing Bestplay games for quite awhile and really enjoying the water sort puzzle one. I was extremely happy cause I had legitimately been able to cash out more than once and thought I finally found a game true to their word. I was devastated when I logged in on May 15th to a message saying "Your account has been banned for suspicious activity" I have no idea what I could have possibly done wrong and contacted them about it....heard nothing and tried again on May 23rd, still nothing. If I can't get my account back the least they could do is tell me what suspicious activity I have done to warrant a ban :,(

I thought this app was legit because they actually paid me unlike some of the other apps, but then I got a message that my account was banned for suspicious activity. I have done nothing wrong. I guess this is what they do to keep from paying you. Don’t waste your time with this app, they will ban you so they won’t have to pay you.

My account was banned for no reason. When I look at the reviews for your app you all have done this to multiple people. You also don't give anyone a legitimate response or explanation. The generic response that you give people in the review section is unacceptable. Instead of lying and accusing people of things they didn't do, why not just own up to your dishonesty. You are hurting innocent people who just want to make a few extra bucks. As far as I am concerned, the only suspicious activity is coming from your end. If you don't want to pay people, stop making apps that say you will.

I played on this app for one day and immediately I was banned for absolutely no reason. I even emailed the company and they never replied back, yet you guys answered a question on(My account has been blocked) on the F.A.Q section stating “If your account has been blocked, please be aware that we take fraud prevention seriously in order to maintain a fair and secure gaming environment. If you believe that your account has been flagged mistakenly, please contact our support team for further assistance.” LITERALLY WORD FOR WORD!!!!! I downloaded this app on my phone and my iPad. It says you can have 3 accounts but you can really only have one. I wanted to play on my phone while I wasn’t at home and play on my iPad when i am home. I cashed out on my phone and then got home and my account on my iPad has been disabled which is my preferred device to play on. I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back. I just want to be able to play on my iPad and i will delete it from my phone. Don’t download this app on two different devices, you are only allowed one account even though it says you can have 3. I really hope i can get my iPad account back. But it DOES pay instantly. My money gets to my PayPal account in just a couple minutes.
