Why do we have to pay? Not downloading the app part but in the app.

First of all when I first downloaded the app I thought it was going to be a good app but it was NOT because you gonna pay to use the and you got to pay to ask more questions. And how come it says it is free but to start the app you got to pay.
I would put a 0 star review but that is not an option

Doesn’t Deserve the 1 Star I’m Forced to Give

The draw function of this app in no way resembles the subject I’m asking for. I’m literally asking for popular media to be drawn in different styles and they look nothing like what I asked for. For example I asked for a drawing of Link the Hero of Time clashing with Ganondorf with Hyrule castle in the background. What I got was some random elf fighting some random dark demonic wizard looking guy with a castle in the background that looks nothing like Hyrule Castle did in Ocarina of Time.
