Downloaded Accord after seeing it on the news, went to open and on second screen was asked to enter my phone but there was no where to enter it… was stuck there

This just starts up without explaining itself. What is a folder? Why do I need to know? How does Accord help me? How does it work? Directions?? No
Unable to even start Accord . Won’t send me an SMS code and no one has replied to the help email for weeks.
I really like it, but it needs a little work. It’s new though so I can see it being really amazing! I think it would be better if a task that was done that day could stay done and it wouldn’t show up as a task that still needs done. I also am still trying to figure out how to delegate tasks to certain people.
