Ridiculous

I wouldn’t even rate a 1 star, but I have no choice. I set up the trial yesterday and even had a 26 cent test charge show up on my credit card. However, I have been unable to login to the account I created, getting an error that there is no account with the email I used. I am leery of setting up a second account as I don’t need to deal with having to cancel two accounts should the app developer start charging me for the first account once the trial period is over.
What makes it worse is that the support link in the app store simply takes me to the app website with no apparent way of asking questions or getting help. That is ridiculous as I can’t even try to resolve the issue ... except by leaving a comment here.
I will dispute any charges that show up on my credit card should they appear.

They advertise online that they have specific shows but after I subscribed I found out the show is not on their website, I asked them for refund and showed them the prove of their fake advertisement but they didn’t pay me back my money.

The app is not perfect screen size for iPhone 11 !!
I just paid them forgot my password now the app won’t let me in !! the website is sending me a error link for the “forgot my password” option so I can watch it not through the app
