Once you try to make a video in the video is done he won’t even let you watch the video. What is the point please don’t download this and find another app. I don’t understand the point of making a video if you can’t even watch it if you try to watch it, it will make you try to buy some thing.

FaceSwap worked fine for about a month. The annual subscription allowed me to create and view all videos. Now I have pay to view videos even though I bought a subscription for the year. No where did it say that after a while you have to buy credits to view your creations plus the email that’s provided for their customer service does not work. Invalid email or some sort.

I loved FaceSwap until they added the credit system, I payed for premium but that doesn’t mean a single thing if you don’t have credits, FaceSwap never even mentioned I’d have to pay for credits after I pay 7$ week and credits are absolutely overpriced like I have to pay 10$ to see a single video, FaceSwap is milking you for money so I do not recommend FaceSwap unless they completely remove the credit system

FaceSwap used to be the best face swap app on the market. The credit system is absolutely ridiculous. Why pay a subscription just to have to pay extra to watch the videos you made? You’re literally paying for the subscription already. It’s just become greed.

Do NOT reply to this saying what you’ve told everyone else. I’ve sent emails and I’ve done what you guys suggested already. Instead, TAKE THE CREDIT SYSTEM OFF NOW.

I thought Apple was supposed to vet developers? FaceSwap is a scam to get your contact info. It says it will cost 1 credit to make something, and you get one free credit for providing your email address. After you do it says “You are out of credits!” and do you wanna know what it costs to view your creation? FIFTY credits! So now you’ve given them a video, a photo, and an email address and you get nothing in return. Apps like these are predatory in nature and should be handled quickly and efficiently by Apple

I’ve spent over $70 in tokens, but they aren’t getting credited, I’ve emailed the email address they’ve provided, but I get a notification saying they aren’t accepting anything going to that email, essentially a scam. I would just like my money back that would be great

I don’t know the person who owns FaceSwap but I can definitely sit here and say he doesn’t have high intelligence when it comes to a business standpoint, u pay $7 a week to then have to pay $10 for 50 credits that only works for one video? I mean seriously who is paying for this.

They don’t even allow you to do a example to see if it’s worth buying. Literally let you go through all the steps just to ask for money before you see anything. IMO if you are not willing to show your value before asking for money then you have no value. Trash. Keep looking

After paying for the initial premium subscription, you’re asked to pay again to view your content so that you may “enjoy a premium experience.”

Definite scam and the developer is probably having a hard time paying bills.

FaceSwap has a subscription that gets you absolutely nothing. You have to buy credits on top of the subscription in order to even view your videos. This really tried to charge me $16 for a 5 second clip. 😂😂

There’s other apps and websites that cost money but they don’t blatantly try to rob you like these people.

I purchase FaceSwap face swap with a year subscription, I was happy with it until 4 days ago. In order to access the clips made I have to purchase credits. Each video cost me 5 credits i had to purchase 25 credit for $12.5. That’s a shame because those cost was not advertised up front. I would recommend not to purchase app if that how they going to operate.

If you click enough X’s in the top right corner you can make a video for free, it won’t let you view it though, then if you buy the “popular” weekly subscription to view your video, you don’t get to view it, you have to pay additional money to view it. Overall FaceSwap is a scam that’s not worth a dime annually. If there was a 0 star rating I would have selected it.

Made two videos and asks for more money. I paid $10 for 50 credits on a video that said it only needed one credit. Tried to make another after that and the only option was buy 50 more credits.

If you want to use it you have to pay for a subscription but what they dont tell you is that you also have to buy credits on top of that to actually have full access just for FaceSwap to not live to expectations, just avoid it altogether!!!

Shouldn’t have to wait for the edits. Quality is horrendous at that. This is for very simple ppl who don’t know how to use Canvas let alone Snapchat.

You basically give them $40 for them to charge you what you get without a subscription. Absolutely horrible business and I hope they tank soon so they can stop ripping people off. I have emailed several times. I purchased FaceSwap. You can use it for a couple of times then it goes into the wanting you to pay extra for receiving your videos. Nothing was mentioned in the purchase of subscription you would have to pay more. You never get an answer when you send a reply to the email supplied. Do better people.

I wanted to make an AI Face swap video so I purchased a one week subscription. Put the pieces together and waited for the video to process only for a pay wall to pop up in order to VIEW the video I just created. It’s stupid. You have to PAY to use FaceSwap and then PAY AGAIN to view your content. And they hide these pay walls without telling you beforehand. FaceSwap is bogus. Save your time and save your money

I purchased FaceSwap and paid for the one year subscription. Once in FaceSwap , it asked me to make additional purchases to buy credits for additional features. Which I did -those credits were never credited to my account.

Anytime you want to make a video it ask for more money, if you pay it, it still doesn’t give you the video. It just seems like one big scam.

FaceSwap does not let you access any part of it without first subscribing and paying money. It doesn’t even offer you a free trial to see if it even works the way that they claim. I wish I could give it zero stars. I don’t understand how it has a four star rating. I don’t believe that the five star reviews are legitimate. I don’t have any evidence to substantiate this, and I am not accusing them of having people make fake reviews. I’m just saying that I do not believe that they are legitimate.

Why would you pay for the video separately when you actually have subscription that’s exactly what happened in the beginning they ask you to subscribe for the membership then again you have to pay for video. Ok that’s fine I would pay for it. now I bought some credits but I never got any credit even I pay for it a lot of problem with FaceSwap. I have contacted Support and there was no reply whatsoever. Apple was kind enough to refund me the money that I spent. I saw somebody actually replying on each of the review that was posted I think whoever doing it is a bot I’m sure nobody got any reply from the Support.

u might as well make FaceSwap for purchase instead of having us download a FREE app for content we have to pay for. not even a free trial.

This whole app is behind a pay wall. It prompts me to buy the premium subscription so I can watch the video I created which is 7$ a week. After I pay, it says I need to buy a 10 dollar credit for 50 points in order to see the video. Immediate uninstall. Scam app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! you will regret it

Every button you push it will say “buy a premium” or something like that, and you can make only 1 video every 24 hours? I mean it’s alright, but I figured out that this video will be only 5 seconds long? Yeah 2 stars without premium is max for this, maybe it is much better With premium, but I’m not gonna find that out
