Videos keep freezing and getting stuck. Cannot open, edit or delete once they freeze. Several frozen videos are continuously trying to update. First one has been saying ready in 17 minutes for three days. Emails to koi support come back as undeliverable. Save your money.

I purchase FaceSwap face swap with a year subscription, I was happy with it until 4 days ago. In order to access the clips made I have to purchase credits. Each video cost me 5 credits i had to purchase 25 credit for $12.5. That’s a shame because those cost was not advertised up front. I would recommend not to purchase app if that how they going to operate.
