Flagged Account – £25 Missing After Withdrawal Was Cancelled (26–27 June) Hi HeyPiggy team, I’m reaching out because my account has been flagged, and I’m no longer able to make any cashouts or access my £25 balance. I’d like to explain the situation and kindly ask for your help. On the 26th of June 2025, I attempted to withdraw my £25 earnings. That withdrawal was cancelled, and the money was returned to my account. I then tried again between the 26th and 27th of June, but this second withdrawal was also cancelled — only this time, the £25 was not returned to my balance. Shortly after that, I received an email saying my account had been flagged, and that I could no longer make any cashouts. This has left me confused and very concerned. Joined the site because it sounded promising. Been with it over 2 months and have got a pathetic 64 UK pence. Literally every survey kicks me out as not matching. What a waste of ANYBODYS time.

In the beginning, they were really good and I was getting a lot of studies and a lot of surveys from them and making a lot of money with this company. But it’s been a week now and I haven’t gotten any studies any surveys and nothing from them. I’ve written into them and they just give me a very blah answer. Not helpful at all. I deleted the app and don’t go on the web page. Don’t waste your time with this app or their website they’ll give you a couple surveys and then all of a sudden, when they see you make a lot of money with them. They stop giving you surveys and studies out of the blue. I haven’t gotten any studies for almost 2 weeks now and I write them and they dislike tell me keep waiting. You’ll get some studies. I haven’t got anything and I’ve already found another survey site. That is way better than them. Don’t waste your time with hey piggy. There scammers.

This was my favorite highest paying survey app that was consistent and addressed issues in a timely fashion. Suddenly upon my most recent cash out my money disappeared and left me with 50 cents. Messaged support and suddenly their rules changed to not responding for 5 working days… so I’m in limbo with no gas money to get to my real job, as it comes from my survey money currently (times are tough) until HeyPiggy can do their job. I probably wont be using this app after this unless they truly address this issue. Sites like eureka are harder to earn on but at least I have never had money taken from my account and it has a consistent cash out process that doesn’t leave you with any information for 5 days…

This app will not pay out when you reach the required minimum amount. I recently reached the $5 minimum payout and was denied the chance to cash out due for unknown reasons. I was hit with a message to contact the support email and still have not heard back from them. It has been a month now. Stay away from this app as there are other survey earning opportunities way better than this scamming app.
