I’ve deleted TopWatch and restarted my phone and it still won’t install. I paid for the subscription and I’m upset that it’s not working right.

I even got ahold of Apple to see if they could help and they said they don’t know why it won’t install. Rebooted both phone and watch. No luck. Uninstalled the watch from the phone and reinstalled. Nothing. Just won’t install. Apple says it’s a flaw with TopWatch and not the phone or watch. Can I get a refund for my purchase?

If you want to use any of the faces they charge VIP for, they do not tell you beforehand (at least for me) that any of the full screen “watch faces” are not actually faces, but rather you have to have TopWatch open at all times just to see the animation. The max time is one hour if you change your settings, otherwise it’s just your regular defaulted watch face. The designs are very cute but TopWatch is misleading and not worth it. Stick to free or find another app to use.
