BTL Reviews

BTL is overly sensitive with giving violations. I have had two with zero explanation. When they give me an explanation there is zero evidence:
They say “Sharing personal information”
With a post that mentions someone has a birthday, for example. (No mention of date, or even when it is, just that someone had a birthday in the year). Then the AI will say “Oh yea that seems fine”. And the circle continues. I also cannot contact the admin which is the only solution that was suggested. BTL is badly programmed.

BTL was great and entertaining until I posted my first confession.
The second I did the deed page just went black and would mob load more post
I tried deleting and redownloading BTL but that didn’t work
I don’t know what to do and it’s ticking me off

This is really disgusting, how girls are asking weird questions, using it to see things on other girls, going around the banned words by saying other things, using it as a dating app, and so much more, fix this, I like the concept but no it’s bad it’s 13/14 year olds asking the question, you probably need to higher the age limit.

BTL would be cool if it wasn’t full of 13-year-olds trying to stay the night at 17-year-old boys house, or getting really high at the age of 13. BTL is mostly 13-year-olds and 13-year-olds asking how to sneak out of their house to meet their boyfriend who can drive as a 17 is just wrong. You also can’t swipe more than like seven times. It’s just rigged and not a girls app and they need to raise the age limit.

when i finally got in the only girls on there were 12/13 talking about nothing. would've been nice to know this was for younger girls. glad they have this safe space but it's definitely a middle schooler app

BTL desperately needs moderation half of the swipes are people begging for money, and minors saying they will do inappropriate “favors” for money. App should be 15+.

Im a girl and I got the verification thing green all around the circle and it just stays there and I try to move or adjust my hand and it doesn’t do anything im jus stuck on the verification thing

I’m 18+ but after going through multiple steps of verification on the free version all the posts were from 13 yr old girls talking about nothing at all. They gave me about 5 swipes of posts before telling me I either have to share BTL with a friend or pay for the pro version.

BTL is good it’s very helpful I’m active everyday but a couple things there really needs to be a moderator on here like a lot of inappropriate posts are going around and it’s disgusting if you could make it where some of us active ones can be moderators or get a professional up in there paying attention it would be nice cause 13 yr olds saying they are going to send pictures and 17 yr olds replying and swapping pics is weird 💀 but still a great app other then that also making people pay bc of limited messages it’s kinda turning into any other app 💀💀💀💀

The verification took so long to realize i am in fact female… the people be talking about nothing, theres so many people begging for money and followers, if you make a longer post nobody will respond, it keeps asking me to share BTL or get the pro version, but when i click share app it justs kicks me out of BTL … 😭

The concept of BTL is okay but there’s a couple things that really need some work.
1) First of all, there are so many notifications. I don’t mind getting a notification from a person that I’m talking to but every 15-20 mins I get a notification of a random post sometimes about a sensitive/ triggering topic and there’s no way to turn that off.
2) Theres a ton on minors on there. I’m 19 and it’s 90% people 16 and under. They need to add something that lets you filter by age.
3) a good majority of the posts by 13-15 year olds are asking for relationships or more.
4) Not sure how to explain this but typing is very strange on there. My keyboard has automatic capitalization and autocorrect because I can’t spell. In BTL that’s gone and it’s very hard to type in concise sentences.
5) The title of your post influences a background picture for your message and I think you should be able to search for your own because they aren’t always accurate.
BTL is definitely interesting and you really need to download it to understand/ form an opinion. I don’t find myself relating to a ton of people on there as I said most of them are minors but I did make one friend and more through them that I’ve been talking to outside of this app.

I really loved BTL when I first downloaded it, but then it started sending me notifications of ransoms posts. Also, you only have a limited amount of messages before you have to pay or invite a friend to get more. I tried inviting a friend but it didn’t work.

Don’t get me wrong I love the all I just done like how if I scroll I get the same exact things over and over again

I love BTL, but when you click on a friend’s profile to check out their interests, it just shows your own. I can see the “You should be friends with me if..”, but the part that says 📚Books, 👀Nonsense, etc, just shows the things that YOU put down. I noticed this after I saw that my friends had the same exact custom topics I wrote myself- and then realized that they didn’t put those down, it just transfers what you put onto other peoples profile!! Not sure if this is a mistake, or a way for you to think that you and another person have the same interests or not..

Anyone else having issues with the "flips" page loading? All i've been getting is a black screen.

I don’t really like the swiping feature, makes it feel like a dating app , wish it was more like Twitter or Reddit where you can scroll and comment maybe , also sharing pictures should be allowed also I like to post tik toks or skincare stuff. The anonymous part of it is nice I do enjoy that , I wish there was more stuff for verification, definitely a few men on BTL . But overall I’ve used it so far , but way too many notifications.

I like the idea of having girl talk with other and even sharing advice or getting the advice you need. My only problem is I barely see anyone my age that I want to talk to. Every once in a while I will see a post from someone my age or close to my age. I want advice from my age group and who have similar experiences. Most posts that I have seen are 13 or 14 yr olds. Btw I am 19. I feel like they should make BTL be a little bit of an older age range or have customer be able to set an age range they prefer. I just think there should be girls being able to talk to each other who are at similar range because we would be able to relate to each other.

The idea of BTL is really cool. I like the layout of BTL but there’s some things about it that are really unappealing. First off, you have to pay for unlimited messages yet you can get unlimited swipes for free. I feel like free unlimited messages is more important than free unlimited swipes. Secondly, as a 22 year old female, there’s way too many young people on here. I don’t really mind that BTL is inclusive like that but I wish there was an option for an age filter for the people who don’t want to or feel weird about interacting with young kids. Third, there’s so many posts of people asking for money, my timeline was flooded with posts like that. I ended up deleting BTL within 5 mins of downloading because of all these things. I hope the creator continues to upgrade and improve BTL and maybe someday again I’ll give it another try!

It’s a good app but I posted a post asking for tips on how to loose weight because I was feeling bad about myself and they chose to take it down? If your taking down stuff like this it’s not making people feel better, this has only happened to me after the recent update.

I’m giving this a 2.5 stars. There’s a lot of young kids asking for inappropriate or negative things. Especially 13 year olds asking for n*des, bf’s/gf’s, to be fwb ect. There’s even 1 comment I came across that said “anyone wanna be in a snap group? 15+ no ugly and obese people 💀💀”
But even then, there’s no way to filter, report, or block the things you don’t want to see.

I really love BTL but there some things that need to be changed. There’s so many people in here asking for inappropriate stuff or details of something, it gets very annoying. But other than that BTL is amazing. It’s helpful when I need advice. So creators please fix this😁

I mean, it's a good app, and i was really enjoying it, However, the amount of rudeness and lack of respect towards others is just unattractive. A lot of girls can just be plain rude. It's not even funny, they have no compassion for others, and they find ways to be rude and disrespectful. So, I deleted BTL because it was just getting annoying & frustrating with all the rude messages and too many notifications.

Sometimes it’ll display a black screen and it won’t allow you to refresh or scroll down . Other types when you type the sentences project slow other than that it’s great. Just a few bugs

I love the concept of BTL and I have already made so many friends but I want to add my best friend to be my friend on BTL but every time I try to connect my contacts it kicks me out of BTL completely and I have tried multiple times

Great concept/idea, I just didn’t love that BTL stopped working for me after about a month

BTL is great and I love it but there’s ONE thing I hate! When you post something it sometimes gets taken down because you “violated community guidelines” when in reality you didn’t at all. But some people can post very inappropriate things and they won’t get taken down. That’s my only problem other than that BTL is great and again, I love it!

I love it, the only problem I have is everyone I try to share BTL it crashes and kicks me out

I’ve never in my life give an app 5 star reviews but this one got I’m not glazing I’m just saying 😂💖😭 BTL is just that good I’m telling you. And I don’t get pay for saying this is just the honest truth BTL is worth it every one feel seen and get a spot to shine ✨

Love BTL!! i love getting to help ppl and read some fun interesting stories!! also the reply time in which ppl respond is so fast too!! an amazing vibe overall!! one thing is that i can't figure out how to give crowns lol

This is more a question for developers more than anything, and I’ll update my review once I can actually get into BTL . I 100% understand the importance of the verification process, however, I have petite hands that dont fit the outline, and I have tried multiple times to verify im a female but it hasnt worked. Are there any suggestions so I can actually get into BTL ?

I’m on here all the time helping other girls and getting help it’s perfect for getting advice from someone around your age and getting other people’s views on any topic, I do think it would be pretty cool for the next update to have video backgrounds for each post instead of just pictures. But that aside I highly recommend BTL for any and all teenage girlies who need help or advice.

I love how I can be supported through my hard times and support others who know the feeling, if you have struggles, please get BTL , I just got it yesterday and I feel so confident knowing I’m not the only one who’s having a hard time, BTL makes me feel like I’m not alone, and that I’ll get through anything, strong girls on here who reach out to fix themselves, it’s amazing what BTL is made for, I love it so much!🤩🥳

If you are a mom, let your child have BTL. It will help them so much mentally and physically they can talk to other girls and it’s really only girls and it’s not like they’re talking weirdly. They’re talking about their lives and it is amazing they can vent they can ask questions, they can make a pool they can really just do anything that would help them in their life so to all the parents if you were reading this review, let your child have BTL BTL will help them with their looks with their confidence with their anxiety with their shyness really with anything and they’re talking to girls their age that have been through the same thing or have the same questions it’s really amazing

BTL is 5/5 stars. It’s use it every day unlike every other app I have lol. The only thing is there’s quite a bit of boys getting into BTL so I wish it had better verification. Like 1/30 posts I see are guys which doesn’t sound like a lot but it is. But one question for everyone. What in the world does this app stand for 😂

The people on BTL made me feel safe and I really love how we can talk to one another and understand each other, BTL really helps a lot💓

I love it so much it’s helped me so much!! It’s honestly one of those apps where i spend like 7 hours on!! But I think there are shein scammers or smth like they would ask u “DOES ANYONE HAVE SHEIN 😆😜⁉️” and if u say yes they like give u a website it’s just so weird!! But yeah if u just ignore those people its fine!! ALSO i used to get like 20 responses to one thing i post but lately i get 1 response from 3 posts 😭😭 maybe I'm just asking weird things

I honestly love BTL so much it’s personally my favorite app as a girl with no may frinds her age I love how friendly and how it’s so safe

I’m not lying or anything but this is genuinely the best app I’ve ever had. It makes me feel wanted and I get to talk to older girls who understand what I’m going trough cause they went through it!! I’d recommend tho to make it easier to report people because I’ve gotten weird chats other then that I do love BTL !

however when typing and you’re switching the keyboard to the numbers it doesn’t automatically switch back :’) idk if the developers can fix it but it’s something i noticed. not a big deal just a bit time consuming

I got this today and I already love it, I’ve been send people positive messages and helped them if their struggling, I even got to share the gospel on there:)) BTL is so fun and I love having great experiences and interactions 💗

it’s so wholesome and just what I needed. Everyone is very nice and actually communicates and I love that it’s for females only! There’s no distractions or slander or disrespect from any masogonistic guys and there’s just pure advice and girl love. I feel the girl power and energy radiating through the screen <3

Honestly, i love BTL and the way it’s designed. i also personally like how you can get one on one advice from other amazing girls and make friends, i definitely needed the confidence boost and friends and i hope to make more in the near future. i also love how the founder even reached out and asked me personally what could be better about BTL ! one last thing i liked is how you had to verify via picture that you are a girl so that no random creeps are able to get on BTL and stalk girls as there are some girls as young as 10. i hope BTL continues to grow and spread around the world, keep up the amazing work! 🩷 There is one con though, i dislike the locked messages and the pro version because then you can’t really fully connect without having to pay and some may not have the money for it and not be able to get the advice they need
